Hello,
My name is Rennee Stockmar. Yesterday, April 24th 2024 I went into jimmy johns store #1815 in Parker Colorado with my son to pick up an online order. My son and I were filling up out drinks. When I reached for a lid above the soda machine where the metal shelf sits, I hit my right arm on the metal edging and it ripped open my arm. I immediately saw pearl white tissue (tendon). have you changed ownership because this is the 3rd trip in a row where service is poor. drive thru repeated our order and then messed up both sandwhiches, again. this is twice in a row the orders are wrong when we get home. The workers were dancing and jumping around while we were waiting for our order. This will be our last visit to this particular Jimmy Johns.
