Not great prices and what they offer or don't offer seems to be odds with their app. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ok first of all, do the employees here ever actually listen to people’s orders? Every time I have ordered food here something always gets messed up no matter what. The only reason I come back is because the food is decent. Not once have I had any order of mine correct. Also, why in the world would you call your pesto sandwich a pesto sandwich? There’s literally NO pesto on it. Just dry chicken, tomatoes and basil. I’ve ordered it twice, the first time I thought “oh they forgot the pesto”. The second time I ordered in hopes for pesto on it, but apparently they don’t have pesto. They always forget something or when I ask for a specific bread they give something different. I’m over this place. I’ve ordered slices of cake and they barely give you enough for how expensive it is. Do better or charge less for your sub par food.

I stopped by after the gym just wanting a simple sandwich, but the experience was disappointing. Despite arriving well before closing, the staff had already shut off the grill—an hour early. They were rude, and somehow two sandwiches cost $23. We were the only customers there, yet it still took 15 minutes. When we finally got our food, the sandwiches were sloppily put together and tasted off.

worker was not the friendliest. He was probably overwhelmed or something but simple customer service goes a long way. He was rude. Asked for a simple change on one of the sandwiches and it seemed like a big deal.

I absolutely love Kneaders. However this location needs some help. Food was still good but where out of several things by 5 p.m. Lack of planning. Service was sub par. Not greeted and just stared at while ordering. Doesn't take much for someone just to acknowledge a customer. Even a simple hello. Instead they make you guess if they are even listening to you. Had to stop during my ordering just to make sure they were paying attention to me. I would say retrain employees but I wont be back to this location so I dont have to worry about it.

How does a bakery run out of bread to make sandwiches at 6:45pm? Also, make sure you list all ingredients on a sandwiches, not everyone likes onions.

The food is usually very good. I guess don't eat here after noon. My bread was hard and I had to ask for a different bread. They were out of the soup I wanted and settled for broccoli cheddar. There was huge pieces of broccoli and hardly any soup. Very disappointed. I'm sure I'll go back but it will be a while and maybe at lunch time.

I placed and online order, where I had the French dip sandwich. I show up to the restaurant and was going to pick up through the drive through which prompted me that the store was closed and to come.back during business hours which freaked me out. I pulled around and all the signs still said open and I was able to walk in. To start I stood there for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, they then preceded to make my smoothies and I was in the store for a good ten minutes. They handed me the bag and the smoothies and I check inside the bag to make sure everything is right where I see 2 of the same sandwich and no French dip. I had to bring it up that my sandwich wasn't right. All I got was oh, we don't serve French dips after 5pm. 5? You stop serving a food item before dinner even starts? And at that why did the online system.let me order it. Bit most imporatantly, why did I not get a call to tell me it was unavailable and my choice of a replacement. They just made whatever sandwich they wanted and didn't even have the curetsy of telling me. Just hoped I wouldn't notice until I got the food home? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I went in for a sandwich to go and found myself getting a sandwich, bread, and a brownie. It took quite awhile to get my order.

I got to the can and opened my sandwich and it might as well have been toasted bread. There was next to no chicken, cheese, and some basil - this was supposed to be a pesto chicken sandwich.

I was not happy and went in and spoke nicely to the manager asking if it was supposed to look like this. He was surprised and said they would give me a refund and that he would look up my order for the refund. It’s been almost a week and no refund.

The bread and brownie were delicious but I won’t be stopping in again with such poor service.

Very slow with hardly any customers. 3 items including a loaf of bread. 4-5 people working. Everyone just kinda wandered around until one dude finally said something. Prices on desserts are ridiculous and very small. Bread is a nice price and tastes good.

They hire some interesting people with lack of service skills long gross nails and dirty gloves. I'm going to never return and Panera bread will be my go to for soups and sandwiches
