No kiosks! It feels like an actual place i want yo go to instead of how distopian most mcdonald's are. Staff was friendly and not miserable. The best part was that the interior was, you know, DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE TO BE IN! All mcdonald's should be like this one.

The customer service tonight, was a very nasty experience. I literally only ordered a chicken nugget meal w/ a small shake and i go to the first window to pay using my tap w my phone the girl gives me a receipt back to a order thats wasnt even mine, when i look pulling up to the food window. A younger worker greeted me with right away saying was your order the meal w the small shake amd i was like yes and he then cuts me off by him saying ur card was declined and i was like oh okay like can a pay then again orrr? He repeated tell me that my card was declined a couple more times. W out even let me get any word in finally im like you guys are the one who gave me a receipt to a order that wasnt mine, the girl comes up amd the guy kimda gets rude to her like u did that she was like i just picked that up and gave it to her. I didnt charge her Then they both start going in on me sayingg she aint charge ur card for that she didnt over and over. Which i mever even said anything of thethe sorts but why r u guys giving me just a random receipt “just because” for laughs idk then they continue try and ask me w a bunch of wuestions saying whats the last 4 digits of ur card thenif we charged you i continued to tell them well i wasnt saying or was charge for that likeand i was just like well can i pay for my food again i guess i dont know like not shouldve been such a big deal the guys give me my shake actually and is then give me ur card give me ur card like now which i was just using my phone to pay was like can i just tap again or something he like i needa take this card to the back which first if was very very weird very rude like can i could literally just come back around ro the first window again to see what ur doing w my card that i had to pull ou or try this all again or something. And i thought lile this youmg kid was the one im charge but another man came up amd asked what are you guya doimg whats going on here to them. The kid say outload very loudOH DONT WORRY I GOT HER CARD SHE AINT GONNA RUN. Like chill allu even have given me is A small shake tryna make is seem like im tryna theif them now like i only came her for sum nugget amd fries man made me feel so bad still no food no card. The other guy come back w my card and apologizes for everything and says he will take care of it he was respectful glad he helped handled the situation in the end. I ended up going to taco bell across the st for some food for the night’ card worked perfectly fine over there btw. But overall very hurtful experience.

Twice now in the drive thru they didn't give me any sauce for my nuggets and they ended up getting thrown away cause I was on lunch break and I will not be reprint there

who trained these employees? they are constantly giggling and saying the most inappropriate things when customers are present. I’m sick and tired of eating at a place where the managers and crew are unprofessional. DO BETTER!

Food and service were good, but atmosphere was filled with disrespectful and obnoxious teens, teens were in the playplace so my daughter was unable to play, and staff did nothing to remedy the loitering teens. Will never return to this location and don't recommend a visit.

It shouldn't take 14 minutes to get a fried pie, a cold apple fitter, and a drink. Cars zipped through the drive through while people inside stood around and waited, low on the priority list. McDonald's needs to train their employees better.

When you order from McDonald's it's because the grandkids want it not me. But twice in 10 days I ordered and the only thing not delivered was the happy meals? they said they will give me my money back in 3-5 days but I have a kid here upset he didn't get his happy meal. Done with McDonald's. Never again

Because of my schedule I eat at a McDonald's in Parker for breakfast three or four times a week. And the last three times I've been at this McDonald's it's been God Awful! It's all about the biscuits, the biscuits at this McDonald's are burned, flat, chewy and tasteless! I know the recipe is supposed to be the same across the whole company, so I don't know how someone down at this McDonald's screws their biscuits up every time. Y'all need to fix this, and you need to do it now. If I get another one of these crappy biscuits I'm going to be really upset!
