McDonald’s that works very slowly and an L size fries this small is unusual. What do you gain by putting less fries than usual?

Dining in had me waiting 25 minutes, and they didn't bring my food until I told someone up front how long I had been waiting. I understand it is busy at lunchtime, but I doubt they are making the drive-through customers wait 25 minutes. It's obvious they are padding their numbers by bumping orders from their service screens, just to look good for management, which renders useless the systems that McDonald's put in place to avoid this problem.

Really busy is no excuse to give the wrong food and drink order, then say that is what you order. 40 minutes total in the drive thru and waiting area #1. You acted like I did something wrong and I spoke quietly with you about the problem where the 10 customers inside waiting could not hear what I was saying. What I wanted was for you to listen and make it right, how could you even know what I paid for or what I didn't no receipt for my order and you never looked at the drive up order to see what was on it. I do not recommend doing business here there are two other McDonald's to get food at who actually care about customer service. Thanks for nothing!

It shouldn't take 14 minutes to get a fried pie, a cold apple fitter, and a drink. Cars zipped through the drive through while people inside stood around and waited, low on the priority list. McDonald's needs to train their employees better.
