Service was amazing and good was fresh! Environment is casual. My only feedback would be the lobster Mac was pretty salty (and I LOVE salt) and the peach cobbler had about 4 slivers of peaches. It needed at least half a cup of peaches for that amount of cobbler. The PG Ribs were amazing a well as the steak frites.

This review is specific to the Austin Hope wine pairing dinner.First understand some facts about this event. This was both a wine tasting / pairing presentation and a prefix 5 course dinner. It was priced at $120 plus tax and tip. The bill included $85 per person in food cost, $35 per person in wine cost, and a. 22% service fee. After tax the cost per person for this event was right around $150. They sat us in a separate space from the rest of the restaurant. All of the parties had their own tables. It was catering style service. We had water and wine waiting for us when they sat us.The wine portion. The presenter was nice, lively and had a lot of stories about the winery and the wine. I'm not a wine guy. I like wine, but I wasn't there for all that. I get a lot of people where however. So while my wife and I didn't like all the talking during what I thought was going to just be a nice coursed dinner with some good wine I get that a lot of people where there for just that. So I can't fault either the restaurant or the wine presenter for that. Thats my fault for not knowing what I was getting into. The wine was good, it was 5 normal glasses each. For $35, it was good value. They sold bottles for what they said was a discounted rate at the end of the night. I wouldn't know, I don't buy much wine and when I do it's from the bottom shelf. What I was here for was the food. I wanted to sit down to a nice dinner with my wife with some coursed out bites. To be clear, we did get that. But I don't feel like it was worth $170.The first course was as Amuse-Bouche Crostini. I liked the cream cheese paired with the apple. It was an awkward service however. They brought it out on a large tray and had you take a piece cocktail party style. We had no plates, so you basically had to either hold onto it or scarf it down right there. This is a relatively minor complaint I know but it set a mood for the service that just never went away. The second course was a single Seared U-8 Scallop. It was a nice presentation on the plate. It came with a coconut ginger cream source, cilantro oil, pea shoot & preserved lemon salad. I loved every part of this dish. The Scallop was cooked perfectly. The sauce was great, this dish carried the whole meal for me. A+. If the whole meal was like this dish, I'd be raving about this place. But sadly it wasn't.The third course was Beef Tenderloin Tartare on a Baguette spear. Basically another crostini course. I don't have much to compliment or complain about this course. At least it was on a plate. The tartare tasted fine, it was just a couple of bites and over pretty quick. The fourth course was the main. Roasted Elk Rack. Coffee rubbed, with roasted sweet potato puree, forbidden rice, blackberry-vanilla gastrique. To be frank, this was a huge disappointment. It was tough (in some parts), and flavorless. It looked like it was cooked correctly at least. I didn't taste much of the rub. Most of it was edible on my plate. My wife's cut was a lot tougher. She couldn't eat most of it. The gatrique was the only real flavor I got out of the whole dish. The last course was desert. Chocolate Mousse with a chocolate shell, berries, mint and cream. It was ok, the shell was very hard to break, way too thick basically. I pretty much had to smash it to get to the mousse. The whole desert was just kind of mediocre flavor wise and awkward to eat until you smashed through the thick chocolate shell. The service was not great for a prefix coursed meal. It was a catering style service where they had 3-4 wait staff bringing out the wine and food to the whole room full of tables. Since there was a forced 22% service fee on the meal I assumed it was for them. I didn't tip any extra. I hope the wait staff got that service fee as their tip. They where hustling. But there was NO personal service for this meal. It was basically a catered meal.I did leave drunk and not hungry, so 3 stars for that I guess. I did feel disappointed when I left, like my $300 dollars would

Great food, awesome service and cool atmosphere. Parker Garage is a great alternative to some of the more expensive restaurants in Parker for similar / better food. We'll be frequenting more often!

Went there for our Anniversary. Food was good. Do not recommend to go for a special event... Not even a “happy anniversary” or a discount on dessert or maybe even offer a dessert menu. Very short staffed...the bartender was our waiter as well. There are many other places that help make your experience on a special night better and this place is not it... at least it wasn't on a Monday night.

Everything we’ve ordered here has been fantastic. The service is great and the environment feels upscale yet unstuffy. When we want a “fancy” night out in Parker with guaranteed great food and drinks, we come to Parker Garage.

This is the second time we have been to PG. The first time for dinner. The drinks we ordered were great and the service was attentive. We got three appetizers and they were all good. Deviled eggs, Riblets and bread. My wife and I both ordered steaks and that was a mistake. Neither one was done correctly but we were pressed for time and couldn't send them back. Lobster Mac and cheese was ok. Our friends had a salad and a sandwich and it was much better prepared. We won't hurry back.

The Parker Garage is a beloved staple in our community, and for good reason! This place has been killing it for years with its cool, industrial vibe and incredibly delicious food. What I love most about Parker Garage is its commitment to quality. The menu features upscale American fare made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The shishito peppers are addictive and the steaks are out-of-this-world good. But you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The bar program is also top-notch, with a great selection of craft cocktails, wine, and beer. I'm a sucker for their old fashioneds.Equally impressive is the friendly, attentive staff led by rockstar server Julia and manager Elena. Those two make you feel so welcomed from the moment you walk in. The owners, Brent and Morgan Walker, have created such a warm, inviting atmosphere.Parker Garage has been around for almost a decade and remains one of the best restaurants in town. The cool brand aesthetic, top-notch food and drinks, and incredible service solidify it as a true local institution. Absolutely worth a visit!

We've been dining here since it opened. It seems to have drifted over the past few visits. The food is always good, sometimes amazing and the service is usually quite attentive. I'm sure it was an "off day" at this visit.

Over the last five years, we have continued to give Parker garage a try. The location is great be fore a show at the Pace Center. Each and every time, we say let's not come back. It's over priced, the food is average at best. We ordered the steak frites and upgraded to Kobe beef, glazed carrots and corn risotto. This is such a simple and straight forward dish, we thought what could go wrong? Let me tell you, yet again, we left with disappointment. The meat so incredibly tough and cold, we couldn't eat it. Seasoned poorly and cut very thick. The butter should melt, it was also cold. We choose not to complain to the waiter, it wasn't his fault. It truly was our fault for trying this place one more time. With all of the choices there are for dinner, I would stay away from Parker Garage. It's over priced and hasn't been on point for the last five years. They just need to do better.

Had a great evening. Our waiter was attentive and we were able to get a table in the side room away from the noisy bar area. Food was great except one of the steaks was overcooked.

Food and drinks were decent, service needs work! ($70+ for chicken sandwich, brussel sprouts and 3 drinks) Came in on a Saturday around 3, the place was empty. The bartender sat us in the booths by the bar, gave us water and left. Sat there for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to come by to take our order. The waitress was too busy talking to the table next to us about where she grew up etc and never made any attempt to say hello or I'll be with you in one minute etc nor did the bartender who sat us. After 10 minutes we decided to sit at the bar, hoping to get served. Bartender: oh ! Sorry totally forgot about you guys! Wow ok, you just sat us?! About 10 minutes after we moved to the bar, another couple sat where were we were sitting and the waitress who was ignoring us was serving these people right after they sat down. For what you pay, service needs to be better.

The best (and most expensive) food in Parker. I love everything about the Parker Garage except the TVs mounted on the walls (there are 5 of them in the main area). Although they were all mercifully muted, this is NOT a sports bar--and feeling (even a little) like one does not match the desired ambience for a fancy restaurant.Other than that, the server was appropriately attentive (thank you, Alaina), the filets were thick and cooked properly, the sauce was tasty, and the risotto was to die for. With creative cocktails (and great advice from our server who was also the bartender that evening) that were yummy (especially the "Bees Knees" w/gin), and the house label wine (19420) which did not disappoint. The only other thing I'd like to mention is that the reservation form asks if there is a special occasion, so I mentioned it was my wife's birthday--but the restaurant did not acknowledge that at any time (so why ask?).
