Shoyu Sushi in Parker is a gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home, even remembering regulars. You can tell they have true sushi craftsmen here – the quality is consistently high and everything tastes fresh and delicious. A top spot for sure!

We had such a nice experience at Shoyu Sushi! We grabbed dinner before a show at the PACE Center, which is about 5 minutes away. There were lots of folks there (good sign!) and the food was so delicious. As vegetarians, we really enjoyed the veggie udon bowl. Their selection of veggie rolls is pretty limited, but we'll plan to try the veggie tempura roll next time.

Went here for a quick lunch with my wife. We were able to get in and out in time for her to get back to work in time. We both had Bento lunch boxes, the chicken teriyaki bento box was good and the portions were generous. Lunch prices are on par with casual fast food, which is really nice for a sit down restaurant with a great atmosphere like this. They had GoPro videos of Japanese neighborhoods looping on both TVs, which was really relaxing, and a laid back soundtrack playing...
