The staff here is incredible rude and the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered online for pickup and arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes after I got the notification that my order was ready. Immediately the first man I spoke to was incredibly rude, told me that my order wasn’t ready without even checking and refused to check when asked. I proceeded to speak with three more girls, none of which could explain why at this point it has now been 20 minutes since I got the notification that my food was ready and almost an hour since I initially placed the order. Not a single person offered an apology, only incompetence and zero solutions. After waiting in the restaurant for nearly half an hour, I finally received my food and big surprise… it’s flavorless. Hands down THE WORST Indian food that I have ever had in my life. Definitely not worth the money especially considering the incredibly rude staff. I chose this restaurant because it was close to my house and I had not eaten for 12 hours. Next time I will drive the 20 minutes to my favorite Indian restaurant and guess what? It will still be faster than the horrendous service at this place. Don’t waste your time here.

1/5 — A Test of Patience I Didn’t Sign Up For
Spice Kitchen turned out to be an absolute marathon of waiting with nothing worth the finish line. The service moved at a glacial pace — I’ve seen paint dry with more urgency. We sat there endlessly, wondering if our food was being handcrafted by ancient monks or simply forgotten in some culinary void.
And then came the bill, which hit like a bad joke. For the price they charge, you’d expect something impressive — instead, we got a meal that didn’t even begin to justify the time or the cost. Overpriced, under-delivered, and wrapped in some of the slowest service imaginable.
If you enjoy waiting ages for mediocre results, this place might be your adventure. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and steer far, far away.

Unexpectedly ended up eating here as the intended restaurant was closed.
Food was very well prepared and host was great at providing directions on food, as we were unfamiliar with eating practices of this cuisine.
Place was clean and staff was courteous, it was a non-busy time for the establishment and food was slow in getting out, I assume this would not be a factor when more busy with additional staff.

Susmita was our server and she was fantastic along with the food. They have gluten and dairy free options which is great.

I’m surprised by the good reviews. Maybe they ordered different food. The Chicken Makhani was horrible. It wasn’t creamy, didn’t use tandoori chicken in it and not even chicken thighs. Worst I ever tasted

Ordered take out just before 4 pm, and showed up about 12 minutes afterwards. There was no other person in the restaurant. I sat at bar and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes or so. Over half hour wait time? How can 1 entree and order of naan take that long when no one else was there? No other to go orders coming out either. Nothing came out of that kitchen for over a half hour. Their chicken tikka masala is lacking. It’s just not as good as India’s Kitchen. I ordered their spiciest level, and it really didn’t have any spice at all. The sauce can be a little thin too. Cheese naan was too spongy and barely had any cheese in it. They might have dishes they do well that I don’t order, but for tikka masala or madras, Indias Kitchen is just better. However, India’s Castle on Arapahoe is way better than both of them. Today is my last day giving this place a whirl.

They give you three small cubes of chicken inside some sauce with some rice and charge a lot for it. They use rice as a filler. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you actually get the protein that you are paying for.

The food and the service were exquisite. The buy one get one free cocktail was unexpected and everything about the experience was wonderful. I definitely will be coming here again.

We had a missions dinner here to prepare for our coming trip to Nepal. 22 people were at our table and the staff did a stellar job at keeping up and making sure that we all had what we needed. The food was amazing! There were several vegetarian dishes as well as some lamb, and chicken for the meat eaters. My personal favorite dish I was waiting patiently for was dessert. The Kheer and Gulab Jamun (milk balls in rose water sugary syrup) was the absolute best! The atmosphere was comfortable and fun. The owner even offered to help our group find a guide replacement when we arrive in Nepal. I would highly recommend this restaurant. 😁👌
