Absolutely unacceptable. I will never return to this Taco Bell again. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme tonight and bit into a plastic container lid that was actually inside the food. Yes—a full piece of plastic, wrapped up and served to me like it was nothing.
This is beyond disgusting. It’s dangerous, it’s careless, and it shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ safety. I’m honestly shocked this location is allowed to serve food if something like this can happen.
I expect better than this from any restaurant, let alone a major chain. If I hadn’t noticed it when I did, this could have caused serious harm. This kind of negligence is unforgivable, and I will not be giving this location another chance.
Do better. This is a major health and safety failure.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s you can go to. The inside smells musty and wet and edges and corners around the dinning room are visibly dirty. Not to mention their drink tray was filled to the brim with drink off. I get that’s it’s a Taco Bell but this place is rough.

Dropped by the drive thru at 11pm. 2 cars ahead of me in the line. It took them 30 minutes to even get to me. I had only 3 items on my order and they still managed to forget one. I'm not going back here again.
