We tried the new NY deli in Parker and it was great! The owners were so nice and being myself from New Jersey it’s nice to have a deli like back home! The portions are huge! We got the RoastBeef and the Brooklyn Parker Pastrami! They were delicious and we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. We got a nice treat from the owner of their delicious Baklava! Will definitely be back to support a local mom and pop deli!

Popular options include the Parker poppi prosciutto, the pastrami, the Pastrami Papi, the Brooklyn Parker, and the RoastBeef. Each sandwich comes beautifully wrapped with chips and a soda or drink. The hummus served alongside is perfect with just the right amount of garlic. The ingredients are quality and delicious, full of flavor.
The place also features lots of different cheeses, oils, sauces, jams, and crackers for making a charcuterie board. For a sweet treat, the baklava is flaky, sweet, and to die for. It is a great local mom and pop deli with good vibes, and customers are excited to return to try the rest of the menu.
