Vy Sushi Bar & Pho Vy - Parker

Sushi was great, pho was a little bland even after adding everything in. Even though the restaurant was kind of empty the staff took a while but I wasn't in a rush so it was better than being bothered too much.

This is one of our very favorite restaurants. The food and the service are consistently great. On the most recent visit, I ordered something I hadn’t had before. It wasn’t what I was expecting and the chef promptly replaced my dish with one that was more to my liking. Thank you so much!

We finally decided to try this place. And not happy at all. We ordered to go and had an $8 hot sake while waiting. I got the oxtail pho with extra tendon and tripe. My boyfriend got NY Steak pho well done with extra broth and noodles. Our tab was $86. For 2 pho with extras. I was thinking I'm getting a few oxtail with bone in. I got diced up mat that's pretty lean. Really don't think it's oxtail. And I got a very small portion of it. My boyfriend's steak was cooked rare instead of well done. I really wanted to like this place, but $86 for 2 pho and a sake?! No thanks

The food is great but the dine in service is bad. I’ve been to Vy several times and the timing of the food is terrible. They serve the soup and salad at the same time. Then the main dish less than 10 minutes later. Most of the time the soup or salad go uneaten which is a waste.
Tonight was exceptionally bad. We sat at a larger table and waited too long for service. But the worst was when the salads and soup were delivered to some and main dishes delivered to others. When I raised concerns to a gentleman in glasses and graphic tee walked away without a word.

Bottom line is the food is good but stick to take out.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many times with my family. It has been always our recommended family restaurant to go to. The food is outstanding. Even on a busy night. Our server was very friendly and attentive, they checked back on us quite often. Thank you for great experience, Pho Vy!! We will be back!!

Pho Vy has amazing food, but the service is plain awful! Brought my family to try this place, and we were immediately asked what we wanted. I requested a few minutes to decide. However, the waiter didn't come back for almost 10 minutes. Once we ordered and the food was delivered, the waiter never returned to check on the table. We waited probably another 10 minutes before we could signal the waiter for the check. We even had to stop someone to ask for more water. I don't know what happened after moving, but it was not for the best. Having been a waiter for many years, I find this level of service unacceptable.

I am addicted to their chicken summer rolls. Light and healthy. Pho Gha is another healthy favorite as are their avocado rolls
