I imagine this location has burned a lot of bridges. It’s not all that busy so I imagine folks just stay away because they know better. In the 5 times that I have been, they have always been out of a product or messed up something or just had bad food.Definitely a management issue. I don’t think anything will change there. Avoid if you can.

Pulled up, was told to wait in the drive-through and saw a food truck parked nearby. I got some awesome tacos instead of fast food poison. My tastes buds thanked me.

We went through the Wendy's drive thru at around 1:20pm on a Thursday. There was no line and no one behind us. The employee working the drive thru speaker came over the speaker in an incredibly annoyed voice. We placed a typical order and did not delay with our responses or decisions. She remained unprofessional. When we picked up our food, we were missing the child's juice box and waited for someone to return so we could report the missing item, and they could retrieve one. The food was prepared to order otherwise and was satisfactory and as expected.The primary reason for the lower marking is that the employees could use improvement on professionalism and customer service.Dietary restrictions: They will accommodate tailoring of toppings on the chicken sandwiches and burgers.
Yikes, I don't know where to begin other than this: go to another Wendy's establishment or make your own food at home. There are other reviews complaining about the service, food quality, and the lack of attention from staff. I ordered two salads (Parmesan Caesar & Pecan and Apple), yet one of the salads was unavailable and got a substitute. The 'chicken' was inedible and you can gather why by the photos. Clumped pieces of cut chicken, dry texture (I'm not sure if it's 'fresh' chicken or a day or two old). I'm complaining because I thought I could rely on this store since they had decent service and food quality, but I guess the staff are going through tough times. This night was what sealed the ongoing issues at this location.

Whoever manages this place needs a lesson in inventory! No ketchup, no napkins, no chocolate frosty but plenty of filth!Coke machines covered in soda...nasty.Not one clean table. Kid in the kitchen with long hair flipped that hair at least 20 times.Bulldoze this place!One positive the kid that took our order was 2 steps above the rest polite and personable.Sorry Wendy ?

When you stand in front to order food and nobody shows up for over 5 min even though people do see
We went in, ordered, and waited for them to call our name. The chefs did fine, but the manager and new employee were laughing to themselves in the corner. We waited for fifteen minutes before we noticed the food was already sitting on the counter. It took another five minutes for the manager to make my coffee.
Ordered apple pecan salad and they didn't have pecans. The lady that waited on me was new the other employees would not help her. Poor lady. Terrible place to work for that nice lady.My husband went back and got the pecans. What awful people to not help out a new employee!!

Service was quick and friendly! The meal deal I ordered seemed to be off for some reason also the 4 piece spicy chicken I ordered was hard on the edges indicating it was not fresh. Tables were dirty and the drink machine was not up to par cleanliness wise.
