We went through the Wendy's drive thru at around 1:20pm on a Thursday. There was no line and no one behind us. The employee working the drive thru speaker came over the speaker in an incredibly annoyed voice. We placed a typical order and did not delay with our responses or decisions. Yikes, I don't know where to begin other than this: go to another Wendy's establishment or make your own food at home. There are other reviews complaining about the service, food quality, and the lack of attention from staff. I ordered two salads (Parmesan Caesar & Pecan and Apple), yet one of the salads was unavailable and got a substitute. The 'chicken' was inedible and you can gather why by the photos. I imagine this location has burned a lot of bridges. It’s not all that busy so I imagine folks just stay away because they know better. In the 5 times that I have been, they have always been out of a product or messed up something or just had bad food.Definitely a management issue. I don’t think anything will change there. Avoid if you can.
