The Bison Ragú, featuring ground bison, remains a decadent option, while the short rib is decent and paired with tasty shaved horseradish and carrot/ginger puree. The Ahi Tuna is a popular choice; however, it is recommended to ask for no additional salt to fully appreciate its flavor. Small plates, like the outstanding mussels, are very good, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients. Brunch options, including crab Benedict and omelet, are also excellent. Although the seating can be close to other tables, the food quality makes it a great spot to return to. There is a desire for a lighter, more spring-like menu, but the current meat dishes are substantial with robust flavors.
