We ate off the lunch menu, and the portions were good-sized. The culichi pollo was a dish I'd never had before. The sauce was not too overpowering but gave the chicken a nice flavor.
Guadalajara serves up fresh and fast Mexican food. As the name says it is family owned, with the owner sitting in the front often, welcoming guests in. Extensive food and drink menu will give you plenty of options to choose from. Dietary restrictions will have a harder time ordering here as nothing is labeled.
