“This is the best Chinese restaurant in Colorado where I have dined. It is an old-fashioned Chinese-American diner found in a small town in Weld County (Eaton - 7 miles north of Greeley on US-85). I have ordered their Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon, Foil Wrapped Chicken, Fried Shrimp, Pork Dumplings, Hot & Sour Soup, Wonton Soup, Sizzling Rice Soup, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Mongolian Beef, and Chicken with Black Bean Sauce. All of these items are made with exceptional quality. The ingredients used are fresh and highly flavorful. But, there's one honorable mention and it's the pork dumplings. They are homemade with flavorful ground pork and coated with a thick dough wrapper. It's very unusual to find Chinese restaurants making dumplings like this anymore, and it's quite special.”

Visited Gray’s Café in Ault, Colorado, last week on a friend’s recommendation for breakfast, and as a breakfast lover, I can say it did not disappoint! ? From the classic breakfast staples to their incredible pastries (seriously, don’t miss the cinnamon rolls! ?), everything was absolutely delicious. I only wish I had more room to try it all! ?

The service was spot on—super friendly, quick, and attentive, even though the café was buzzing with other happy customers. ?‍♂️ The cozy atmosphere and charming decor make it the perfect little breakfast spot. ?

My friend and I swung by before an early outing last weekend, and we were so happy we did! ☕️ From smooth black coffee to perfectly crafted lattes, they’ve got something for everyone. ? All three of us tried different drinks, and not a single sip disappointed!

But the magic doesn’t stop at the drinks! Their food menu is surprisingly tasty for such a cozy spot. ? The Everything Bagel Sandwich and Waffle Breakfast Sandwich are absolute must-tries! ?

“The place is like walking into a bar from 40 years ago, great food, friendly people, and you can smoke if you want to. I don’t, but I don’t think my rights supersede anyone else’s. If you’re concerned the smoke might bother you, I doubt it will. They have a smoke eater that keeps the place smoke-feee.
I hate to say this part for fear of them running out, but they have the best potato salad that you can get at a restaurant.”

“Great, friendly service. Authentic Mexican dishes at a great value. Clean, family friendly restaurant. Good portions and high flavor. Have eaten at the restaurant 3-4 times and never came away disappointed.”

The only downfall is that the employee today and the other evening was there alone. They were still speedy for how busy they were but looked like a chicken with its head cut off running around.”

“I have always enjoyed the food and root beer for many years growing up. Since the 1970s at different locations. The burgers are delicious and so are the fish sliders or baskets.”

“Good service. Clean restaurant. But every time I go in to get a sandwich I always look at the lettuce. 9 times out of 10 it is brown and doesn't look good at all. Not very appealing to put on your sandwich.”
