First time visiting the restaurant. Tired from a long drive. Said i wanted it to go. I was asked to dine 2 times. I finally said this isn't a debate. Ordered 4:ribs and meat not on the bone. String beans curly fries. The bone pork ribs had very tiny amount of pork in them the meat off the bone was fantastic. Green beans were good. Curly fries undercooked. Greasy. Id go back only for the meat not on the bone and a trained hostess.

Had them cater for wedding anniversary this past summer/fall. Food quality just as "great" if where in their facility. Food arrived as scheduled and was quantity exceeded expectations. Ordered for 25 and had enough leftover for all private party guest to take home leftovers equal to extra meal. Food was praised by guest and those not familiar with establishment asked for where food was from. So hint, any big parties or upcoming events that you don't want to spend preparing I recommend request their services! .

Placed a take-out order online, was told 20 minute pick-up time so I started making my way across town. As I was almost to the restaurant I received a text saying my order was canceled and could not be completed. The order was right around $40 and now I’m out that money for several days until a refund can take place.

Have been living in Pueblo West for over 20 years and never had an opportunity to eat at Adam's Ribs. We came in without expectations, but l enjoyed our early dinner. We both had burgers. They were good. I especially loved the really crispy bacon in mine. Had a big portion of curly price too. Our server was friendly and attentive.

My nephew and I had 1/2 babyback ribs. They did not look freshly cooked and were so tough I had trouble chewing them. The meat had to be cut off the bone. Barbecue sauce is delicious. service was great. Cobbler was good. Steak fries was good. Potato salad good. Disappointed in the ribs
Delicious food I am pretty picky and I loved the chicken, pork and coleslaw. Will definitely be back.

We stopped to visit our daughter and decided to get lunch. Quick Google search and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did . Everything was delicious. The entire staff was super friendly as well. I will be sure to tell anyone if they're stopping through to go.

1 st time in, asked for smoked sausage. Took it home opened was cut in pieces and drenched with. BBQ sauce. I didn't like the sauce so through away half pound of sausage. Sorry Adams won't be back.
