Have been living in Pueblo West for over 20 years and never had an opportunity to eat at Adam's Ribs. We came in without expectations, but l enjoyed our early dinner. We both had burgers. They were good. I especially loved the really crispy bacon in mine. Had a big portion of curly price too. Our server was friendly and attentive.
My nephew and I had 1/2 babyback ribs. They did not look freshly cooked and were so tough I had trouble chewing them. The meat had to be cut off the bone. Barbecue sauce is delicious. service was great. Cobbler was good. Steak fries was good. Potato salad good. Disappointed in the ribs

Food quality just as "great" if where in their facility. Food arrived as scheduled and was quantity exceeded expectations. Ordered for 25 and had enough leftover for all private party guest to take home leftovers equal to extra meal. Food was praised by guest and those not familiar with establishment asked for where food was from. So hint, any big parties or upcoming events that you don't want...
