New owners need to step it up, they are either out of what was on the menu and the the staff is not very friendly or helpful. Was way better when better when the old owners had it.

So we never try new restaurants because of this reason. It was my wife and I we got wings they were ok not much sauce and were pretty small. We ordered a large pizza honestly was the worst pizza I ever had took a bite and balls of garlic fell out sounding like rocks. I gagged wife said bring it home now the car, fridge, house and her breath smell like that pizza. Way over priced 1 root beer 1 order of shared wings and 1 larger pizza was $68 with tip. The waitress was nice but honestly not a good experience. Didn't see others eating just drinking.

Keep Jess, she made sure every thing in my order was spot on. Even sent a message of love. Very impressed with her! Thank you Jessica!

We’ve lived in PW for a few years and have always looked past this place based on the reviews. Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews but we had a great experience! Our server was sweet and attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner, our drink from the bar was poured strong, and the atmosphere was great! Lighting was good, temp was good, music was good!! Ordered the smash burger medium and it actually came out medium!! Don’t sleep on the fried mozzarella, it was crunchy and cheesy, full of flavor!! The ranch and marinara were on point! With college football on, we were surprised it wasn’t busier, will definitely be back!

This used to be one of our go-to spots, but ever since the change in ownership, it’s clear that mismanagement has become an issue. During our last visit, we placed our order and, unfortunately, the server came back five different times to inform us they were out of the drinks or wing sauces we ordered. Each time, we adjusted without any fuss, and the waitress was polite and apologetic. We finally settled on available options, so it wasn’t a big deal.
However, when our wings arrived, two out of the four orders came without any sauce. When we brought this to another waitress’s attention, she initially insisted there was sauce on them, though it was obvious there wasn’t. After some back and forth, she finally brought the missing sauce.
Later, when our original waitress checked in, I casually asked, “What’s going on tonight?” She explained that a delivery truck hadn’t arrived, which made sense. I let her know about the issue with the wings, and she kindly offered to see if she could get us a small discount for the inconvenience. I appreciated her effort and thanked her for her understanding.
What happened next was truly disappointing. A female “manager” approached our table in an aggressive manner and said, “What exactly do you think was wrong tonight? I’m not giving you a discount on wings you’re eating.” I calmly explained the issues we’d encountered and mentioned that we hadn’t even asked for a discount—it was the server’s suggestion. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she continued to be confrontational. At that point, I informed her we wouldn’t be returning, despite being regulars.
Sadly, as we finished our meal, the manager kept giving us dirty looks, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate to see such a decline in what was once a great local spot, all due to poor management.
We love this place with new owners . Very friendly , good food .

Just picked up a to go order, ordered the OMG canzone and they forgot the green chili, which makes that dish, then forgot the salmon in my wife's salad, cucumbers frozen in her salad, and when we called to complain the manager offered 4 dollars back. I think the salmon alone that we paid for was worth more than 4 dollars. Didn't get what we paid for.

I brought guests from out of town Sunday evening as we go there alot. There was one cook and we waited over an hour and half for food that was horrible. Slopper was cold served with no fries as requested. Pastrami was over cooked no saurkraut or dressing and bread was rock hard. The manager was only concerned about picking up chairs so she could go home. Our poor waitress looked like she was about to cry as she apologized many time. Not sure if we will be back.

The waiters was super rude and made excuses on why she sucks at her job. We waited over 1.5 hours for a food. When the food was brought out the wings was cold and the owner said it would be 10-15 wait to warm up.
After waiting for over a 1 hour the waiter told us that they was out of something that we had order. Since we waited for such a lot time I didn’t want to order something else and wait longer. I only had french fries.
If the waiters was not so rude I would had maybe tried the restaurant at other time.
Long story short. I will never go to this restaurant again.

There was one decent server. The new owners were rude. Over an hour to get our food. The pizza was burnt and our wings were cold, when we asked for new wings she said it would be another 15-20 mins to reheat them, not even remake them. The service was awful at this location. I would rather drive 20 mins for the location by the CSUP.
