best of the best called in last minute for a cake order for the next day the girl on the phone had a lot of patience with us and was able to take care of us n answer all the questions we had n she had no idea what design we wanted over the phone and she went above and beyond looking for the flork meme cake on google n took the time to ask us what funny saying we wanted amazing job done especially since we called at 9pm n they had the cake ready by 1 pm the next day .complete satisfaction !

The girl who was working all by herself as an absolute rockstar despite my one star review. Poor girl was handling huge amounts of people in the lobby and drive thru all by herself. Obviously the management could use some work learning to support their employees through poor staffing periods such as this. But the employee herself was fantastic.

I am not impressed, went here for the first time and I guess I should of read the reviews before I got here but at last did not. Quality of product was good but service was terrible took over 30 mins to just get my order. I was the only one in the drive thru, no cars in front, took my order of a small chocolate shake with easy but to fulfill was terrible. Took just 10 mins for someone to come to the window and for me to pay and then another 20 mins or so to give me my shake. Again no one in front of me and I can see clearly through the window that they didn't have a lot of business or rush, so what took so long? And a lot of these reviews are that there are kids running the store front and no real oversight, so suggestion if you want faster service I guess go inside since they like to make a lot of their drive thru business wait. Other than that shake was decent.

The girl working was very nice, efficient and fast. She was training, waiting on customers in the lobby AND the drive-thru. She needs a raise. I wish I could remember her name.

HORRIBLE service never coming back . this place is going down hill VERY fast. all young employees and they are all on the phone and maybe that’s why it took 55 MINS (only 3 cars ahead of me and my family) Nasty ghetto workers with bad attitude especially the teen boy . Pretty sad used to have great workers that cared . ??

Waited 40 minutes for two of the smallest scoops of icecream i’ve had in my life.I guess they forgot they had orders while they were all on their phones in the back with 5 cars behind us.

Went to get ice cream, drove 20 minutes because it says online they are open till 10. Got there at 9:40 and it was already closed. Workers were in there but they would not answer the drive through. Went to the front and the sign was off and door locked....posted hours on door were Open till 10;00 pm!!!

Great experience! We ordered a brownie sundae and the banana royale, both were super yummy! We also brought our pups along and the staff offered us pup cups.

Unfortunately not a good experience. We wanted a rootbeer float and she said they were out of rootbeer. She said they could use another soda if we wanted. They did not have Coke so we reluctantly said Pepsi would be ok. When we got to the drive thru the girl tried to give us the float but I could see that they used diet Pepsi. She said that that was all they had and that I could go buy a root beer somewhere and pour it in the ice-cream cup. I said I didn't want it and she apologized. She had already charged my card $17 and some change. She gave us our other items. 2 scoops of ice-cream (which were alot smaller than in the past) she wanted to send me on my way with no rootbeer float and I told her that I wanted a refund on my rootbeer float. So she gave me back $8 in cash. Which was not correct either but I accepted it. Disappointing. The girl was young, so Iunderstand the learning curve but they were out of rootbeer the last time we wanted a rootbeer float as well.

33 flavors? More like 3. They were out of just about every chocolate and peanut butter. Dairy Queen always have what we want.

Went there for 3 milk shakes and a scoop of icecream for the family and was told they were out of strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, and rocky road. I can understand the rocky road, but c'mon, how much foresight does it take to keep an extra tub of the three staple flavors of all time in the walk-in freezer? You'd of got 25$ of business and a repeat customer.
