Just wish it was opening the morning too or at least 12pm

Not terrible except for the storebought, hotdogesque sausages, but the decor was a bit pretentious for the quality of food. Reservations? Silly. I wouldn't bother making another reservation there. Price was fine.

Nice place, surprisingly low prices for a reservation-only restaurant. The food was decent, but not particularly high quality. Specifically, the Italian sausages were clearly mass-produced and frozen. They tasted more like spicy hotdogs than Italian sausage.

We have yet to dine in, but it is a very appealing atmosphere! We are obsessed with their bread 🤤 and often order their dinner salads to go! They have been consistently friendly, clean, and prepare delicious food!

Great food! The bread is addictive and the meatballs are to die for! I have always had wonderful food and service in their establishment! I only wish they had a bigger restaurant!

I love Bella Pasta. Great service. The meals are delicious proportions are very generous. The rice is affordable. I always go there when visiting Colorado.

We knew the original owner, Robin. I think she would be appalled with what we encountered tonight. It started with burnt bread. They told us they're are fighting with their oven. Even so, someone had to take the bread out of the oven. Then they sliced it . The crust of the bread was black.

The oven may have burnt the bread but it didn't slice it nor did the oven serve it to us.

The appearance of one server was not impressive; ratty looking shorts that were far to short .

My wife and I have eaten here several times. This time, as always, service, food, and atmosphere were wonderful. We met some friends and they enjoyed it as well.

Good service. The waitress took very good care of us, especially since one of our party was late and then got lost trying to find the restaurant. Obviously we were not locals. The food was just OK... a little disappointing considering the rave reviews. The calamari appetizer was good... but not prepared in the traditional way I know. It was more like a fish stick. The veal parmigiana was bland and the veal was not real tasty. Other members of the party said there food was just ok as well. Not to be compared with the quality of La Forchetta da Massi in downtown Pueblo.

I did take out the food was very good.
The menu isn't current everywhere online shows a price 16.99 for chichen parmesan when I get there to pick it up it's 25.00. And the amount of food was not worth 25.00 Thats not right you need to fix that. Owners yes you do have a menu with prices out there. Need to pay closer attention.

Excellent Italian food. Reminds me of the old Belvedere restaurant in canon city. Everything you expect in solid Italian food. And our server Courtney was attentive without being intrusive. We WILL be back!

Bella Pasta is an unexpected hidden gem in Pueblo West. My mom and I have gone twice and we have not been disappointed. We’re usually lunch people but on the rare occasion I visit for dinner this is where we try to go.

Don’t be fooled by the strip mall location with the palm tree garden, in today’s inflation ridden market, this location almost certainly allows the prices to stay reasonable. The food really is the focus and you can see from the dining room that the kitchen is immaculate.

If you’re looking for prime rib, be sure to make a reservation on Friday or Saturday. I chose to add scallops and they were fat and delicious!!

Give these guys a shot if you’ve been waiting. Don’t let this gem go on the wayside.
