Bella Pasta & Seafood

Should have gone to Fazoli's :-( 20 minutes before a server arrived... one hour for food... food was wrong...$26 for 6 ravioli (server said there should be 8) not worth it. Won't be back.

I was a longshore fisherman in the Atlantic Ocean. I’ve been catching seafood since the time I could walk Bella pasta offers a delicious meal however, when you tell someone you’re selling them sea scallops, and you bring out bay scallops, most likely punched out from skate and sell them at the cost of large sea scallops was dishonest, distasteful unprofessional, and I might add they tasted disgusting. We did not eat them and I wasn’t in the mood to complain that day they would have to reach out to me if they would like a nice review they need to understand. People aren’t stupid, but it also tells me they cut corners. Therefore, I’ve had my last meal there most likely unless they reach out and convince me differently I’ve had their prime rib dinner with au gratin potatoes, and asparagus, and it was delicious. It’s a shame one meal can ruin one’s reputation by cheating their customers.

The food was slow and had no flavor, our party of 6 had 6 different meals and we all agreed they didn't really have any flavor. Took about 2 hours to be served and pay and leave. The drinks were ok. Very okay experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Waited for table with reservations even though there were open tables available.
Waitress forgot a drink and we had to ask for it again. Waitress also spilled a full glass of wine across the table and just stood there with blank look on her face. No additional wine or discount was offered.
Food was good and the atmosphere was nice.

I sent back a chicken Alfredo that was burnt, and she refused me a refund, threatening to call the cops, and had me trespassed. This lady is delusional.

Bro. This shopping center is haunted. Before bella pasta was adam's ribs, and they are both equally pitiful in their attempts to recreate house-hold dishes. I ordered chicken parm and chicken alfredo, just to try it out, and it is certainly not worth 46 dollars just enough to satisfy me. Especially for a self-admitted casual place. I might as well go to la forchetta di massi for these prices. The noodles in both dishes were rubbery, and had zero adhesion to the sauce. There is shredded cheese on both, but not even fully melted, even though chicken parm is a BROILED DISH. Chicken in the alfredo was burnt, and tasted burnt. Holy small-town mediocrity, batman.

nice atmosphere! we went in here because we thought it’d be good food and from what my husband said it changed owners several years ago so we wanted to give it a try

The food was tasteless. Even so we were going to leave a 20-40% tip as I never hold the waitress or waiter accountable for the taste of the food ! This was until the waitress spilled marinara sauce all over as she was picking up our uneaten plates of food ! At first I thought it was water until I looked up at ceiling and didn’t see any water and realized she was spilling the plate on me!! She never apologized. Didn’t even offer a rag to help clean up my stains. I will never be back and unfortunately for them , I would be a very high paying customer.

Fantastic dining experience, very small foot print so it's an intimate dining space with limited seating, food quality and presentation stellar, service phenomenal and highly recommended with a lemoncello finish! We will be regulars!
