Every time I've been here the food and service have been excellent. Gotta admit, its not the cheapest place for food, but the food has always been good. Pueblo is known for the slopper and the slopper here is as good as you can find.

Rated one star. After waiting over an hour for our food. Bartender decided to yell and disrespect me after i asked when our food would be ready. She then said she would discount the food i never received. She did remove the food from my bill and discounted the drinks and appetizer. When I returned to my table my daughter asked why the bartender was yelling so much. A simple I'm sorry the kitchen is understaffed or i will check on your order would have been appreciated. The raised voices and disrespect were uncalled for.

First time eating here, we were very pleased. The burgers were awesome, the service was great and try their home made cheese sticks for an appetizer YUMMY! 😋
We will definitely try it again. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner after a day on the lake.

Buckshot is our date night place, and we visit at least once a week! The fun atmosphere, lively music, and exceptional service make every visit a great experience. Their food selection is impressive for a bar and grill, with the prime rib and ribeye steaks being standouts. Sam is a fantastic waitress who treats everyone like family, and the entire wait staff is friendly and engaging, which truly enhances the experience. If you're looking for a place that feels like home with great food and a welcoming vibe, Buckshot is the place to be!

The server was great. Knowledgeable about the menu and offered populat items. Mac and cheese is to die for. Seriously, some of the best Mac and cheese I have ever had in a restaurant. Burger was ok. There was too much sauce, but the burger itself was a little dry. Sweet potato fries are seasoned perfectly. Overall $20 for a dry burger is 3.5 out of 5.
