This by far is the best Carls I have been to. The manager was pleasant when taking my order a skinny girl with glasses. My food was out quick and it was fresh that good ol Carls taste. I will be back

Horrible experience. Ordered the two breakfast grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast. Sandwiches were just untoasted white bread with cold cheese on it and barely cooked bacon. Hashbrown rounds were double fried so needless to say they were hard as a rock

I went in this evening and the person on shift named Jake was so nice, all of my food was fresh and he even asked to make sure i didn’t need any ketchup or sauce with my meal. Such an amazing guy and i will be back !

I came through the drive through there was trash all in it that I had to run over. I hope I don't get a flat tire from it. And the little girl in the drive through, with all the nose piercings in her face, had a really rude attitude with me. The burger was burnt and made very sloppy man. They also handed me the wrong order. The first time she came out when she parked me.

My son was at the Pueblo West store the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly reception he received. He said the food was great and Vanessa was very welcoming and took his order right away. He was happy he didn’t have to wait long before his meal was delivered.
