The food was good. There was a little delay in the drive through considering they weren't very busy. Employees were polite and made it an all-around good experience.

Well the food isn't as good as it was. The fries taste like the onion rings and visa versa. Meat was dry with no flavor. People were friendly. Sad 2 combos were over $30, not worth it.

I was just in there with my family on September 1st. What horrible establishment. Holy Cow. Unfortunately it isn't something isolated to one shift/crew, and it includes the GM.

After doing some laborious work outside, and a 30 minute drive back into town, my significant other wanted to take our kids to Carl's Jr. I refuse to eat there since the last time I ate there, but we went there through the drive-thru for her and the kids.

The lady taking orders in the Drive-Thru did so in a very pushy very erratic very rude manner. When my significant other tried to speak every time she got just a few words in the lady would begin to talk over her. So to take a $35 order was absolutely painful, because the lady could not be quiet and she couldn't get the order right either. She never read the order back and when she finally did at the window, she got it wrong. When my significant other super politely pointed it out the lady rudely shook her head like, "yeah whatever I got it duh" and no she didn't say that but it was the demeanor in the body language the glare the scowl on her face as she looked down on us. Since we had to wait on our food we were asked then to pull around.

Now, while waiting for the order to come out we were pulled around front into a parking spot. While sitting there and waiting on the bag to come out, my significant other was inspecting the receipt. And of course it was way wrong.

LONG STORY -> SHORT
The problem persist over a couple hours, and the order was never right, and the employee created a hostile environment. The Employees, and the GM violated 3 points of their policy, and violated several laws, particularly when she intentionally, and knowingly, Made a coarse and obviously offensive utterance, gesture, or display in a public place and the utterance, gesture, or display tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace for my significant other and for at least 1 other patron, who showed support to my significant other and dislike for the employee behavior. This behavior creates and arrestable offense under CRS 18-9-106. When I called to find out what's going on, the response was even worse; substantially worse. I was even told to come down to the restaurant to fight. This is HIGHLY unacceptable.

Unless your a youngster looking for excitement, and especially if you have kids you may avoid this place, the environment is hostile, and the food quality is questionable.

I will be filling a more in depth report with Corporate. If this doesn't get cleaned up immediately, I will be filling complaints with the Attorney General, the FTC, and at least 2 media outlets. If this can't get cleaned up that way, then I will work diligently to get this business out of the community through campaign awareness, and a series of investigations into the business itself and employees. This place has some red flags. If this is how they operate their business and how they serve the public, it is an unwelcome poison.

You Folks at this location should be ashamed. Esspecially the three shift I delt with. the ignorance is incredible. Because the behavior started with the GM who allowed it to all unfold, and took part; the GM needs to be replaced and the drive thru attendant who worked on Sept. 1st at 12:30-1pm needs to be fired. She is lucky I don't press charges, unlike her some of us aren't that petty. The rest of the crew needs proper training. I was lied to and misguided by shift leaders, and managers. Just Sick for a 'Honest and Transparent Business.'

Do Better, or Be Gone.

We LOVE Carl’s Jr. I always get double 3rd lb jalapeño burger add green chile. I am not joking when I tell you EVERY SINGLE TIME we go they mess up something. We go in to order now to try and help confusion and even ordering is a challenge. You say one thing and they put another thing in, then you get the food, check it and something is missing. I am a very understanding person, but when it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME it gets really old really quickly. I’m not sure if the employees need more training or what but something needs to change. We can’t be the only ones this is happening to. In addition, the place is always a mess! Almost every table has not been wiped, seats have food on them and there won’t be a single other customer in there, and you still don’t see them clean anything.

Stopped for breakfast, not a single car in the lot or drive-thru. Two customers seated inside, otherwise empty. Went through the drive-thru (empty) and placed my order, was then asked to pull around front after waiting for five minutes, to wait longer for my food to be brought out to me. Biscuits held a likeness to sidewalk chalk and were flavorless, with one strip of bacon on them. Biscuits and gravy were likewise flavorless, and the gravy was barely warm. No sensible reason to wait for food at an empty fast food restaurant, especially only to get it cold, flavorless, and dried out. Love Carl's Jr., but won't be visiting this location again.

The difficulties created by the drive thru robot have insured I’ll never return to a Carl’s in my lifetime.
