My son was at the Pueblo West store the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the friendly reception he received. He said the food was great and Vanessa was very welcoming and took his order right away. He was happy he didn’t have to wait long before his meal was delivered.

Customer service should have been better when I told them they forgot parts of my order and I had to come all the way back and wait additional time listening to the vulgarity of the crew members as they complained about having to remake food I paid good money for! 🤬🚩

Hit and miss. Sad soggy fries and unfriendly staff. Drive thru will be empty and will still get told to pull around to the front and wait so they can keep their times down.
The crew here always treats me right. They get me taken care of as fast as they can and my order is always right.

I had the buy one get one breakfast sandwiches in the drive-up. The cashier was very prompt and helpful and the food was made quickly. I don't believe I'll get the same food again but I will use the drive up for other meals and other menu items.
