Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

They made me park even though nobody was there and forgot about me. After 20 min i walk in and the employees are hanging out with friends at the big table in the lobby. I finally got my chicken strips and about 10 min after eating the top of my mouth and tongue started to get tingly and numb. I heard you guys were having rat problems and them getting in the food and cherry dip so i'd be damned if i ate some rat poison.

This place has gone down hill alot. The young workers dont care , take forever to wait on you, mess around and wait forever. Today got a chicken strip basket the young lady cooking gave it to me. I went up said there is no toast. The shift manager acts like he dont care really. Let's them do whatever. Young one who cooked the food is rude, she is bad. She had said oh i thought I could get away with it. Dont eat here. People dont care anymore its the world we live in now. They dont need to be there working. Corporate needs to be called and this needs reported.

Closing this place down already would really give an opportunity for a better business to take this location. The people who work here have zero idea what costumer service looks like, and you wait far too long for food.

Worst place for drive thru service. They take absolutely forever for 1 item and their drive thru cashiers just dont care about their job. Absolutely trash location. Do better

I usually go to DQ for banana splits. They will make them any way you want.

The food is not fresh and over priced. There is an extreme lack of professionalism and leadership despite tge customer service I had was great.

Can't rate the food because I didn't get any. We walked in and were never acknowledged. The cook in the kitchen with pink hair never spoke or made eye contact and we were right in front of her.

We were there through 3 drive through customers and not one person came out to say anything to us. No one was in the lobby. This is disgusting!

Jenna was so absurdly helpful, 100% deserving of a raise and promotion, and the food was amazing.

QUIT MAKING THE BLIZZARDS AHEAD OF TIME AND LETTING THEM SIT THERE!!!!!!! The truck in front of me took over 10 minutes for their order, by the time I got our 2 blizzards and went home which is 1.5 miles down the road the blizzards are already almost liquid!! Do better and make them FRESH as the cars come.. do better management

The staff was great, food was excellent, but my son saw a moose, or squirrel in the lobby that ran under a table. We notified the staff. Christina was gracious and apologetic. It's not her fault. Hopefully the owners will get an exterminator to solve the problem.

Looks like I’m not the only one who is complaining about the same thing, how does DQ NOT!!!!! have chocolate ice cream, every single time I visit this store they are out !!! Sounds like the owners are more concerned about their budgets than customer service .Sonic has chocolate ice ! McDonald’s has chocolate ice, but the Queen of ice cream doesn’t have chocolate ice cream!!! I don’t think I can come back to a store that doesn’t care what their loyal customers want, are you not reading your reviews? What a shame to loose customers over something that is so fixable!!! If you go here don’t order chocolate ice cream because apparently it’s not cost effective????

Why advertise chocolate when you never have it? McDonald's machines work more than this place has chocolate ice cream. Listen to the people in the comments. This DQ is crap

It seems like every time we go to DQ, they are out of chocolate ice cream. Other than that, food/ice cream is great.
