Looks like I’m not the only one who is complaining about the same thing, how does DQ NOT!!!!! have chocolate ice cream, every single time I visit this store they are out !!! Sounds like the owners are more concerned about their budgets than customer service .Sonic has chocolate ice ! McDonald’s has chocolate ice, but the Queen of ice cream doesn’t have chocolate ice cream!!! I don’t think I can come back to a store that doesn’t care what their loyal customers want, are you not reading your reviews? What a shame to loose customers over something that is so fixable!!! If you go here don’t order chocolate ice cream because apparently it’s not cost effective????

Why advertise chocolate when you never have it? McDonald's machines work more than this place has chocolate ice cream. Listen to the people in the comments. This DQ is crap

It seems like every time we go to DQ, they are out of chocolate ice cream. Other than that, food/ice cream is great.

Went to eat the burger about 5 minutes after I got my order and the burger was cold. Was already on the highway when I realized this , didn't want to turn around. Disappointed.

Store owner has not fixed their menu to update prices.

giving two stars because the food itself is fine. its the staff that gives me issues. It seems like they're almost completely lost and have no training. Rude and kept ignoring me and talking over me.

I think all these kids are smoking weed. I pulled up to the window and someone ordered ahead of me. The people inside could not stop laughing and passed around the room an Ice cream until someone capable enough to talk to a customer could give them their ice cream. It was pathetic and these kids are out of control. Never coming back. Hire people who aren’t high off their ass. 7:42 pm 1/15/24

Went last night at 5:40pm and they were closed.

Edit: it seems I need to clarify... any visit to this store is more likely to end in an issue than an accurately completed transaction. 4 of the last 5 times I've gone in for my lunch break in the mornings and had to leave with nothing because they are cleaning their equipment during business hours. This previous trip they closed FOUR HOURS EARLY for seemingly no reason.. and on the off chance I actually am able to order a sandwich- it has come without bacon, without lettuce and tomato, more often being charged for the double when I specifically order a single, the blizzard only has 1 of the 2 additives I asked for and had to pay extra for, etc.

This is not a single one visit issue, this is an ongoing problem of neglect. How little do you care about your clientele and the community that instead of actually addressing the issues of the business, it just gets brushed off as "please try us again"?? Disappointing and enough of a reason to never give you our money again.

Okay this is the second time in 4 months I stop and get a peanut buster and I ask for extra peanuts. The first time it had about 15 peanuts and I let it slide because I figured they didn't catch the "extra peanuts" tonight I stop in after dinning at Cats Pourhouse and placed my order. I start eating it and couldn't find the peanuts I counted 8 peanuts!! You gotta be freaking kidding me! I don't have any issues at other Dairy Queens except this one! The first time ok I let it slide, tonight nooooo way! They be playing games over there it was purposely done to add exactly 8 peanuts! Was it because I asked for extra? Charge me for that! Thank goodness I saved my Texas Roadhouse peanuts ?

We were greeted as soon as we came in. The place was clean and inviting. Very friendly atmosphere . When they weren't busy, they were cleaning and smiling. Great job, everyone! Will come again.

Parking: Great visit! No nasty words were said. When we got ready to leave, we were told to come back and see us and have a great day. What a team effort.
