When they can learn to advertise the correct hours of operation I'll change this but for us to drive 20 mins to get food because they say they are open at 10 online just to have some kid with attitude tell us at when we get there that they don't open till 10.30 ........ thanks for the Waste of gas and for disappointing my family

There was a young man by the name of Donovan who had astonishing customer service skills. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, very kind and polite!!

Chose Dairy Queen for the National Burger Day but was very disappointed. I was waiting for hot min and thought it was for a fresh burger but no it was not. The burger came out not fresh at all and wasn’t as good as Dairy Queen should be.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two small churro dip cones. Window attendant tells us "we can't make churro right now, do you want another kind?" I reply from the passenger seat "OK I'll take a chocolate." My husband (the driver) says " Chocolate for me, too." She tells us the total, he pays and then hands him one dip cone and says "there you go". I say "we ordered two." She shrugs and says "that was all that was rang up and you only paid for one." No offer to make another, no apology, she just stands there.... Not good business practice. The last time, several months ago I was there, I was in a short line and saw the young man at the counter be rude to a man celebrating his 90th birthday with his great nephew. The elderly man was having a hard time making a decision. I explained to that young man that being rude because a person is elderly and slow was not the thing he wanted to be remembered for, he rolled his eyes and said "do you want order something?" I walked out.We gave them another chance today. Not again. This is not the only DQ in the area. We will go elsewhere.

Order wasn't accurate through the drive thru, but they did correct it, but also didn't offer much in the way of customer service or an apology. Didn't seem very engaged in what they were doing. The food was good

I normally don't review fast food chains, but the food was far better than expected. Shake was good too. People were nice. Good ole DQ.

Shake was runny & the food was mediocre. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but with inflation it’s hard to support that.

Updated on Fathers Day 2023This DQ is struggling terribly with poor customer service and getting orders out correctly and failing miserably at front end service. Today’s fiasco was so bad it’s soured our going back and they are lucky we didn’t just say “ never mind “ and walk away. We’re pretty understanding people, but this pushed quite a bit too far. This is after waiting nearly half an hour a few weeks ago for an ice cream cone.We sincerely hope this improves but we’re not likely to go back and in a town with few restaurants that is really sad.Corporate is raising prices (according to management it’s due to increased minimum wage and definitely not corporate greed). A box of 6 Dilly Bars are $20. Plus the prices of the food have been increasing in the last several months. The prices are quickly hitting levels that aren’t worth it. It’s sad because we will miss getting these treats. This was a lovely memory! It seems everyone had the same idea we did, let's go get some DQ. They handled the rush like a boss! Fast efficient and accurate. The service was beyond excellent and with a smile. We will all probably be back!
