Breakfast, lunch & dinner. Everything we've tried has been delicious. They are of course, known for their chicken. Many choices & deserts too! reasonable prices. Staff is friendly & attentive. Sundays - they are VERY busy. The decor is adorable. We go there at least once a week.

Been a customer here for over 7 years. Recently, high turnover, staff changes have caused both service and meal preparation to drop somewhat. The wait staff are not even close to being as friendly, considerate, or timely as they once were.

I had the chicken with a few sides for lunch. The food was delicious I took my leftovers home. The prices were very reasonable for what I ordered. I like the atmosphere it was very friendly and the place was very clean.

My chicken was cold but it was fully cooked so I'm guessing I was just the first up and the last served. The chairs and tables for seating are a little close to one another you sort of feel like you're eating with whoever's next to you as well...

Disappointed. The food was less than average. The potato salad was funny tasting. The fries needed something extra. The staff was attentive and friendly so that was helpful.

Dirty coffee mugs. Plastic plates. Disgusting hash browns that had an odd oil taste with no salt. This place has a bar that sells liquor too which seemed odd, so its a bar at night? The waitress was not really nice, just seemed like she hated her job. It was just dirty and I was so surprised it has great reviews.

We waited 90 mins and they still didn’t make our food. We walked out. The entire place was full of people but no one had food. The waitress said the cook was learning how to make their menu food and it be “longer”. Waited 90 mins just to wait longer? No thank you. Was our first time coming here and it will be our last.
Doubling down on another reviewer said: no frills breakfast place with inoffensive coffee, breakfast eggs, meats, burritos you expect on such a place in Colorado. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff, reasonable prices, and the (obligatory?) table of older fellas who probably have breakfast together regularly.

Just ate breakfast at the Hen House! Excellent food and service! We had breakfast burritos, and traditional breakfast items. Pancakes were delicious. Give it a try!

I had the chicken fried chicken sandwich and I was very happy with the overall food quality. The time it took for a waitress to notice us and take the order was painfully slow, but the food made up for that. It arrived hot and all of the service was pleasant. I would highly reccomend to anyone that might be in pueblo west!

The last 3 times we ordered take out, we were very disappointed! It seems like not enough time and care is taken when preparing the food. Blackened overcooked pork chops with no seasoning and no taste! The tastiness was lacking in the last few times that we ordered!!
