Tried this place for the first time. Sat in the drive thru for 9 minutes and no one came to the window. Ended up walking inside and asked if they work the drive thru window and the lady just chuckled. Should’ve walked out then. Ordered 4 different Mac n Cheese bowls and waited almost 40 minutes. Honestly, I would go to Noodles & Company moving forward over this spot. Everyone tried their bowls and said they lack flavor. Needs salt, needs seasoning, needs something… For the price we just paid I’m terribly disappointed. Still shocked at the $60 receipt when I didn’t even make these meals (no chips, no dessert, no drink… just 2 plain Mac n cheese, a chicken parm Mac n cheese, and a Philly Mac n cheese). And to add the cherry on top, the chicken on the chicken parm is definitely not fresh. It was very dry and tasted like it was made in a batch meant for the week. No joke, this entire meal was deserving of a refund as not one person finished their bowl. If you’re looking for a place that’s fairly quick, less expensive, and you get better quality + more food I suggest Noodles & Co.

Nasty... If purchased the gift certificate off sweet deals only one can be used at a time and they apparently count as coupons so cant use any coupons with them... waited almost 40 min for food and there was only one other couple in the store at 6 pm.... so disappointed especially when the foods not good at all

We tried them when they first opened and the Mac n cheese was super bland.
Today we gave them another shot.
Sandwiches were very tasty. Not so much for the tator tots though.
And the trainer lady seemed irritated every time the newbie asked how to do something.

Mmmm, mmmm! I have a weakness for Mac-n-cheese and this satisfies that to the max. I only tried adding some hamburger, but you could add any of their other add ons and sides too. The staff was friendly. I usually eat here when I visit Pueblo.
