Small location with fresh sandwiches. Our first time trying Jimmy John's and we were pretty happy. The bread was really good. We also got a wrap that was tasty. The crunchy jalapenos were a tasty addition.

Jimmy John's is a great franchise. The bread is delicious, and plenty of options to choose from. This particular restaurant was very clean and nice atmosphere. However, the workers here were definitely not the coined, "freaky fast". They were pretty slow. No pep in the step and they went in a hurry to make your food. And they forgot to put my potato salad with the food. They did eventually bring it out though. Maybe they could just use a little guidance from the management in work ethics? The potential is there. You guys got this.

We keep giving this location a chance because we love the franchise and eat at them everywhere we go(no less than 20 different locations, easy). But this location.. horrible! For 3 visits, food's been wrong. We know our orders by heart, and this location can't get it right! No tomato, get tomatos. Sandwich sliced, so little bread can't hold half my sandwich (sliced wheat). Worth it to drive to Elizabeth location. It's a sandwich, come on guys, probably better than $15 an hour and can't fix a sandwich!

The night manager is horrible representative for this company. Do not go to this location. Go to literally any other restaurant. They need to fire their night team and get a group who actually helps the customer. Worst restaurant in Pueblo West.

It’s a me and grandma thing we always get it on Saturdays and Fridays love this place 10/10. I usually the number 5 Vito with a regular bag of chips and a large coke and also make sure to download the app so you can get discounts and free things.

For the 6th time since I started ordering from Jimmy John's my order was wrong. This has happened with delivery and drive thru. The help is very slow. Three out of six cars drove off on Tuesday May 21st rather than wait. We waited quite some time, the line never moved and we drove off. Convenience is the only thing that makes us go back.

Waited awhile at drive through before deciding to just go in. Took 15 minutes trying to figure out how to charge for 2 combos, cashier was ignored by all 3 co workers when asking for help, I finally told her I would just get sandwiches to make it easier on her. Took about 30 minutes in all for 2 sandwiches that were not exactly right, and couldn't get chips or drinks. It was busy but there was a clear lack of team work and no apologies to any of the upset customers that I saw. Disappointing.

The employees at this location are so kind and patient. I had a rewards on my app that was giving difficulties and they never made me feel bad about it. The young man that was working the drive thru window was truly a saint and I am so thankful for his hospitality. Thank you!

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food but they refused my 50 dollar bill still, so I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else. This place is very slow when it comes to service and staff and management is rude.
