If I could give ZERO would. The delivery drivers are good, but ALWAYS state that NO ONE tells them that we request chili/cheese packets. I've made it very clear of my request and am always told they promise it will be with my order. The man on the phone would not give me his name. PUEBLO WEST. The pizza was great... the phone call order and interaction HORRIBLE.

We ordered the pretzel crust pizza and couldn't stomach it (way too salty and has nacho cheese one it), HOWEVER, when I called to let them know, the manager sent the delivery driver with a new regular pepperoni pizza and was so kind and understanding about it and don't even get me started on the amazing delivery driver with the most positive and upbeat attitude. She was such a doll!! We appreciate the customer service, smiling faces and amazing management and staff and will be back every Friday, per usual! This particular incident deserved to be praised though. On behalf of my children and I, thank you!
