Very horrible service.. Especially in drive through.. It's a shame that they park every single car. When you're going to drive through and then when they park you, They don't even bring you your drinks ever. Nothing's ever correct..never get all your food..food old and cold despite the long park wait...This place needs to be shut down and everybody's absolutely horrible. I was even denied a refund.. I absolutely will never go back.. don't park cars going though drive though.. never again...

Seems as though this store hires blind people, as they clearly are incapable of reading a screen at night. Constantly missing items at night (sauce, burgers, or making an item completely wrong) Horrible service gets complaints, Complaints get horrible service. This McDonald's is living up to expectations. I hope management takes things more seriously to improve customer satisfaction as it's 👎

Waiting over an hour in the drive thru for 2 combos. Service is horrible and they want $20.00 an hour. There is hardly anyone inside and we are the only car in the drive thru. First and last time ever coming here.

Worst of the worst out here. Never coming back to this mcdonalds. No structure. No time clocks are being met to standards. Waiting 30 minutes parked on #3 for just 1 hot n spicy. That was all my order was, just one sandwich . Do better

I was used to the hit or miss food that was sometimes not very good. The one thing they had going for them was speed but now even that's gone with near 30 minute waiting.

We waited for 15 minutes at the window. Online it says they close at 11 and they told us at 10:20 that they were closed and with RUDE employee that told us. Change your times on your site if that’s the case. Absolutely ridiculous
Went for lunch order our food with a mcflurry waited 30 minutes for our food that's cold. Also the mcflurry was melted by the time we got it. Trash never go to this place.

Can't get their orders straight. Ordered a sausage mc muffin with egg - got a regular egg mc muffin. Then the cashier at the drive-thru dropped some of my change. No room to get out and look for it, and people were waiting behind me, so I drove on. And of course the cashier wouldn't make it good. I called & complained...

This is got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to In My Life. I don't think management here understands what fast food means. There's been 10 cars pulled over waiting for food for probably 15 minutes now and we're all just sitting here and another five cars I've gotten their stuff and left already. McDonald's needs to get their s*** together because this location sucks
