I walked into this mcdonalds today. I was waiting in line ready for the order. The manager had told the cashier to take on last order then everyone else go to the machine to order. That was the second that location lost my support and will never go there before.

Worst McDonald's, all the cars parked in the lot aren't dine in customers they're people waiting for cold food from the drive-through. 15 minutes minimum for a sausage mcmuffin and a coffee. To top it off, the attitude from the employees is unreal.

I haven't been to McDonalds in years. Finally get up the nerve and go for a cheeseburger and 3 ? and the cookies were hard as rocks and burger was cold! Never Again. St8 waste I threw them away just horrible. Ended I'm going to little caesars. Got a hot meal for less money

Went through drive up so atmosphere was good. Drive up kid was rude abrupt. We had to wait for about 20 min. They came out and told us to move. Told them we were still waiting for the order. That particular McDonald's is not good. Go somewhere else

Was there at 5am this morning 3/12 and nobody would answer the drive through many of us waited until 5:30 and still nobody answered. We witnessed several people go into work. Called and nobody answered phones. What time do you actually open?

After ordering on kiosk, waited 30 minutes to get our dine in food. Cooks in back were asked 3 times for our burgers and yet never payed attention to the requests. I finally went up and spoke loudly to the manager that #47 has been waiting. She apologized, and got on the cooks to hurry. What a mess. ?
Was on my way to work, was in the mood for a sausage burrito meal. I checked online to make sure the drive thru was open and it said it opened at 5 am. It was 518 am, nothing was open, there were two more cars behind me who also didn’t get to order anything. If you’re supposed to be open at 5am be OPEN!

Will not visit this place ever again… Seems like every time there is a discrepancy with the order… Didn’t check bag until I got home to notice I was missing a sandwich..

So this is the first time I visited this McDonald’s today in 2 years. Overall I dined in and got the double Big Mac attack I mentioned when I ordered I wanted them plain only cheese with bbq sauce. I chose to dine in by the way. Cups were not stocked as she had to go to the counter next to the drive there window.As I went to fill up my Diet Coke at the machine it gave me Dr Pepper. When I got my food which came in a (bag not a tray) the fry’s were unbearable cold and extremely salty. As I went to try to get ketchup they didn’t have ketchup or napkins.Then I opened my Big Mac and it of course had everything on it. At this point I was done. They hadn’t changed the soda machine for 10 mins at this point. So when I asked for the manager then the soda machine was magically changed! Manager came across sarcastic, tried to make excuses for why they weren’t doing their jobs and tried to down play it.I then handed her pretty much all my food and asked for a full refund. Also should be mentioned Libby and bathrooms were disgusting. They were way over staffed and talking to one another than handle basic job functions. It will be another 2 years before I go back.
