The chili cheese fries are too die for! The fries are freshly made every day and not frozen. The salted caramel green apple drink is so so delightful! Cole is a great bartender and never disappoints. The vibes are always friendly and down to earth at Papa Joe’s. And they have karaoke on Wednesday nights. All in all, I love Papa Joe’s and truly see them as a hidden gem of Pueblo West.

We had a 50th birthday celebration here and Jayde did an amazing job! The food was delicious and fairly priced. I also noticed that Jayde remained attentive to her regulars while hosting our large party. This place is very clean and well cared for. It is beautifully decorated it is obvious that this place a labor of love. We had a blast and will definitely return! Thank You Papa Joe's for a great day!
