The chili cheese fries are too die for! The fries are freshly made every day and not frozen. The salted caramel green apple drink is so so delightful! Cole is a great bartender and never disappoints. The vibes are always friendly and down to earth at Papa Joe’s. And they have karaoke on Wednesday nights. All in all, I love Papa Joe’s and truly see them as a hidden gem of Pueblo West.

I had an excellent experience at Papa Joe's Pub thanks to the amazing bartender, Ryan. From the moment I sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. He had a great knowledge of the drink menu and offered perfect recommendations based on my preferences. Not only did he mix drinks like a pro, but his upbeat attitude and quick service made the whole atmosphere even better.
