Ordered a grilled hoagie for dinner and this is all the meat you guys put on for $13?! Absolutely ridiculous, I know the price of things is high but man this crazy!!! I don’t know if I’ll be back now I’m very disappointed

It is a very friendly and clean environment. Service was fast and always checked on us! Food was hot and fresh

Passkey is our favorite but they totally dropped the ball on a 52.00 order. Both my kids meals for my daughters were well well done to burnt and hard as a rock. (Corn dog and chicken strips). They shorted us a chip for one of the meals as well. One of our passkey specials tasted like the grill than the sandwich. Will never do take out from there again dine in only cause my kids had to eat something else due to thier food being to burnt. 😥

EXCELLANT FOOD GREAT SERVICE

Purchased 3 of the giant super sandwiches and a sample plater. The wait was ridiculous and paid the bill 20 minutes before even received my order. The place wasn’t busy, possibly 2 other people in sets. The sandwiches have the had one patty the size of a mason jar lid on each half and were so smashed down you could see through most of it. The cheese equaled the size of a regular slice of sandwich cheese and only directly under the patties but yet supposedly 3 different cheeses I’m going with nope. Then expecting tomatoes, possibly other condiments on it but instead got about a tablespoon of shredded to mush lettuce and again only under the patties. But did go out of their way to add about a teaspoon of mustard which how it was to complement an Italian sandwich I don’t get it because it made it taste worse than a McDonald’s breakfast and that’s not good. The sample platter apparently is what took them forever to cook but tastes like store bought straight out of a bag. So, 80.00 dollars later very disappointed especially when we know the family from years ago and the waitress said it was her family? Please look around first this is not at all worth the high price or any price. It was very disappointing do to trying to take the family out for a nice dinner and ending up with one of the most costly and worst meals ever. Please go anywhere but here. I took pictures of or meals so if can post I want to prove my point or if owner would like to see what’s going on if don’t already know and make an attempt to correct the issue, but I can guess that’s a big nope won’t hear back in any way. Oh, also no military or first responder discounts even snickered about it. Please take time to really look at the other food pictures listed, they are stagged photos. who do you know makes perfect cuts to a cooked sandwich or fries perfectly arranged. FAKE PICTURES

I think I ordered the wrong meal. My patty melt came out as something I could throw together with enough frozen foods and a microwave. Otherwise, it was a decent restaurant.

The cooks in this place are ridiculous and the people that own it and her daughter are absolutely creepy and called me and said I didn’t bring back her patty mel and oops. I brought your gross paper dry fries back. Nobody wants any kind of food from you again PS be careful. They will over charge your card and tip themselves out.
