Had my 1st Scooter's experience today. Got the Turtle Latte (hot) , and it was delicious. 😋 The young man who took our order and served us was very nice & helpful. He said if we had any questions, he be happy to help. Knowing it was our first time, he gave us a QR code to the app with a coupon. It cost $16 for a LG hot coffee, and LG iced coffee.

I usually just get the blended mocha coffee drink. I think it tastes amazing and doesn't make me feel like I'm going to vibrate out of my skin. The atmosphere is just 4 stars because I have never been inside.

Upon returning to work after receiving my order, I realized it was entirely incorrect. It's frustrating to see that these individuals aspire to earn $20 an hour yet struggle to comprehend basic instructions.

I don’t know how you can make an iced chai taste like burnt campfire, but I couldn’t even drink it! It was so unpleasant… I should have turned around and told them to give me something else, but I was in a rush! Will not be going to this establishment again
I have been frequenting this establishment for a couple of years and over the last few months the service quality has gone DOWN HILL. The girls who were working today, April 16, 2025 at 4 pm did not seem to want to be there nor enjoyed to take the order. And my order was not what I asked for and they had no intention of making it right.
America won't change if the customer is treated this way constantly. Ill just make my own coffee or go to the convenience store. Thanks scooters

My drinks never taste the same haha they’re still good though. I don’t come here for gourmet drinks, it’s on the cheaper end and I just want convenient yummy caffeine and sugar and that’s exactly what I get from here. The employees are super nice too!
