Coming from Texas, this is the best BBQ I have had. They catered my wedding here in Pueblo and did an AMAZING job. The meal was a spotlight enjoyed by everyone. They’re the best!

We got to experience SoCo at a recent wedding and holy cow!! This was some of the best BBQ we have ever experienced. How have we lived and worked in Pueblo this long and not had them?

I moved here from where BBQ is King...South Carolina. I must say, this is the best BBQ I've had west of the Mississippi! Do NOT take their fire sauce lightly! It is HOT with one of the best flavors in a sauce I've ever had!

I attended a wedding catered by SoCo and everything was absolutely delicious. I generally expect to be kind of disappointed at a wedding buffet, but everything from the brisket and pulled pork to the Mac n cheese and green beans were fantastic. Highly recommend! I'm still thinking about it today. The owners were very friendly as well.
