Took a very long time to receive order. Team did conduct 1 hop out but that was after a 5-min wait. Customer in front received the smallest bag I've seen after I waited 10 minutes. Not sure what the holdup was as not informed by drive thru attendant.

My order was accurate but the Supersonic B'Fast Burritos were not made to spec veggies & meat were placed on top of folded eggs vs mixed in with scrambled. Extremely small portion of unmelted cheese as well. Far and away my all time worst food experience at Sonic.

Just moved to the area and we love Sonic food & experience. Hope this was just a blip.

Tried to order some onion rings, was told they were out. I hate the crinkle fries things, and the cheesy tater tots are just gross, so I left with just a coupla burgers.

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday with extra hot fudge, and did not get it. Went back and asked for more and they turned around and filled the cup up with hot chocolate. And it was rude

This Sonic has your standard Sonic fare, but expect to wait for your order to be brought out to you for longer than normal, and be sure to check your order as it is almost never accurate regardless of whether it is drive thru or car hop.

The worst Sonic ever food is horrible service is ok but they never get orders right!!!!! I’m tired of paying way too much for horrible food. Go somewhere else!!!!

I pushed the service button. And I waited 20min and still no reply from the attendant. So I drove off. Horrible

Pulled up to booth area pressed button they never answered pushed again for a total of 4 times backed away went to drive-thru placed order and advised them I am retired military they then advised me that they don't give military discount pulled up thier website that clearly states that they do was told they don't have a button for it Really it's 10% is that to hard to figure out i will be letting the VA, American legion, and VFW know this as well as corporate headquarters crying shame they are in a country that is know for Hero's crying shame

I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a soda. Checked in on the app finally said someone was coming. No one did got on the intercom with someone after another 10 mins of waiting and they said someone would be right out. Here I am 10 mins waiting again and writing this…. I don’t even write reviews but this was my worst experience ever for 1 soda

Orders are consistently wrong I ask first they say it is correct you open the bag and it's not even your order then they take it back so I wonder do they swap out food after someone has opened the bag and looked through it and then resell it.
If this happened once I could understand that, But it happens every other time I go.
I won't worry about who's order I am getting anymore just will take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place, I've eaten here many many times and I can honestly say not one time was it a bad experience. It's always been amazing food, pleasant people and just all around a great atmosphere! I highly recommend if your hungry, want something fast and that's excellent on the taste buds then this is the place! Enjoy, you can thank me later. 😉

Drive in takes a little while sometimes especially during happy hour but I love there Pretzels and blackberry slushies. The staff at the window are always so nice and friendly.
