Went to Sonic after a church service today. I used to work at this establishment so I know they know better than this. I asked for a burger with extra lettuce, but they gave me the in-edible end of the lettuce. It ruined my meal. Will not be eating here again.

Seeing you never answered my question regarding my credit card charge, I will answer it myself. You charged me and I had to go out of my way again to get my $14 back. I know it's possible to cancel pending charges but you couldn't even fix that for all the customers affected that day even though you were aware since you responded to my original review below. I was customer #13 so there were others. Happy belated Thanksgiving to the manager of this location (not).

In regard to your response, I understand the need to change hours and that was not my concern at all. Is it not possible to disable your own Sonic app ordering so customers know you’re closed and don’t go out of their way for nothing? I can understand if it was Google maps, etc but it was your Sonic app itself. Since I was unable to pick up what I ordered, will the pending charge fall off my bank account or will I still be charged and have to deal with my bank directly to get refunded?

Why say open in the app and allow an order when you are clearly closed due to Thanksgiving. Now I have to try to get my money refunded. Disappointed!

Since when do you not give out drink carriers if the order has less then 3 drinks? I come here all the time. I was here 3 days ago and got a carrier for 2 drinks. It's not about the carrier specifically, moreso the way it was handled with the girl that rudely told us about it.

I didn't order in the app this time, so I went to the park-and-order. The service was fast, and the young lady who brought my order out was so pleasant. I had been watching her run back and forth, and she still had such a warm, kind smile. The food was really good too. Fries were piping hot!!

Fry oil was very old based on the taste of the fries and onion rings, the burgers were cold, and most of all, they refused to give me a drink carrier because I had only two drinks. Drove home holding two drinks. Never going back to this one.

I was in stall 11 this evening around 6:00pm. A special for Mozzarella sticks for $.99 popped up on the screen as a one day only. I tried to place an order for them only to be told by a young lady in told named Summer, that there was no such special, never had been, and that either I was crazy, making it up, or just making it up. She was very rude and insulting.

Never have been laughed off because I need a coke zero with lime and vanilla. I work in food service and usually you meet a problem with a solution and work through it with a guest and I didn't receive that today. Will not be coming back.

The potato products here are absolutely abysmal. Since the burgers have been predominantly mushroom and super dry I guess they have improved meaning that maybe there is more beef now? I'm not sure but they do taste a little better at least, however it will make you super super gassy. At Sonic burgers used to be better and wouldn't do stuff like that. Now that's not the case. I guess you can order a hot dog or something else. The quality of the coneys has also decreased. I'm not exactly sure why. But you know as soon as you take the first bite they aren't as good as they used to be. It at least sits with you okay. Sonic is maybe trying to become more of a drink place? Even though it always was. The best thing at Sonic now is probably the chicken. Good service despite young people these days just being so dumb they are completely oblivious to the fact even.

The lady taking our order was way to busy cutting up with coworkers while taking our order. giggling, saying “yeah” then “wait what did you want” the lack of professionalism at this place is ridiculous!!!!! get it together.

I wanted something different today so I went to Sonic. I ordered chicken strips. I couldn't read how many to an order - it looked like there were 3 options. I waited for the person to ask how many did I want. She didn't ask me but said "Okay, 3-piece strips." I asked if she had 5 strips. Instead of saying "I'm sorry, how many?" or "Can you repeat that, I didn't hear?" or something polite she said, in a rude and irritated sounding voice, "Do I have a WHAT??!!" I simply said "Nevermind" and drove off. Unacceptable!
