Usually great but service is horrible. Ales for cherry limeade got a limeade. Asked for a large hot a medium. We also asked for no lime in our dirty doctor pepper and was given lime. So we threw it I put the window and the big man wearing a bulletproof vest at sonic for some reason yelled at us. Horrible service

I asked them for extra bacon twice on different days for my breakfast toaster. I used to get a good amount of bacon more than three strips of bacon for my breakfast bacon toaster before at the same Sonic and somehow they didn't let me know that they're having a bacon shortage if they are? Not ever going back there for anything definitely worth a drive for a different Sonic in Pueblo, not Pueblo West.

2 drinks and tots took WAY LONG to be brought out, the drive thru was rolling thru but guess people who park have to wait a while. Milkshake melted but tots hot.

15 minutes for two limeades through the drive through seems excessive. Only 2 vehicles ahead of us. One received a small bag of food and one also purchased drinks.
