Customers standing in line for 15 min plus just to have online orders take priority over customers actually at the location is the dumbest way to operate. The employee are great but whoever set up this system is not a bright individual.

Online order both times....
Chunky liquid cheese? (2nd time now)
1st order (over a month ago) Liquid cheese was chunky & Cold(straight from the fridge, cold) warmed pretzel
2nd order (asked for liquid cheese to be warmed up) it was warmed up & chunky!!(Pic of cheese for 2nd order) pretzel hard & ever so slightly warmed.
I guess you can't order have both warmed at the same time 🫣🤦♀️

Bread was not fresh.. not enough cheese to pick from..nothing was stocked as far as food.I asked for fresh bread and got 1/2hard.The girl waiting on me needed an attitude adjustment..did not even put the sandwiches in a bag and when I asked for a bag she put the bag on top of the sandwiches. Horrible customer service.will never go back

Twice I have been in this subway waited for ever at 10:00a.m. with no other customer in there but me.The girl working only came out to tinker and go back on the back. Both time I waited for a good 20 minutes just to leave with nothing at all because she never comes out. Maybe pay her per order not hour!

The girl that works here, brown/black hair with brown glasses, is always sitting in the back and it takes multiple rings of the bell up by the food to get her out. Today 9/29/25, she greeted me and proceeded to make an online order rather than mine. When she started to make mine she was grabbing a whole bunch of ingredients that were not going to be in my sandwich. Luckily she didn’t grab any ingredients that I don’t have an allergy to but that’s not okay.

Ordered from here through the mobile app 4 sandwiches one of which was supposed to be a Beast with 1/2lb of meat. There was a couple of thin slices of meat on it, definitely no where near a 1/2 lb. When we called the location to share our feedback. The young lady that answered the phone was rude.

I’d suggest training your employees on the meal deal. Three weeks ago I was told any 6 inch sandwich would count as a meal deal. Last week I was told the boss was only available on wednesdays. This week I was told it didn’t qualify for the meal deal. All three different employees…..Not sure if the flies buzzing around causing confusion or if it’s the training you provide

I went today, and was greeted by such a nice red haired lady running the place, she was kind, and the customer service was exceptional. The food was good too. Will go again

There were three people in line and one placing orders when we entered the store, and the first person was making multiple orders, which meant she was checking out after each order. I'm aware of three, but I don't know how many entirely. Behind the counter, there was one sandwich artist (?) diligently working to take orders and also check out after each customer. We were in line for almost 20 minutes while I contemplated leaving. It wasn't even the lunch rush! We ordered dine-in, but we had to eat quickly because that lobby was so warm that it was uncomfortable in just a t-shirt. I gave it two stars only for the lone employee that was working.
I have to ask... where in the world was management? Isn't safety and security a consideration?

Went to pick up popcorn on the way out. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she threw the popcorn at me, so the bag opened. I handed it back to her to close. It spilled on the counter and she just scooped it up and put it back in the bag with the twist tie. Really why didn't she just like run over it with a tire . Can you say germs !!!! You may also want to let her know that when she's making a sandwich & she's wearing gloves they protect the sandwich from her hands and her germs. But if she does all kinds of crap around her with her gloves while she's making the sandwich the gloves are massively contaminated. Holy crap come on people, hire someone that cares.
$4.50 for a bag of popcorn is kind of expensive anyway. Then crappy service on top? Walmart you're better than this. Tell Subway to shape up. And all of the customers that were in line or waiting agree with me.
FYI you had a worker come back from a break I believe or report in. Walked right back after she looked at the line that was forming at that moment . She should have been a team player and jumped in.
I don't know about you but I expected Subway to be open, especially if I hear the workers in the back
Didn't used to like this place but now, the new GM Joanne is extra on point and enjoyable. Actually produced good customer service and did the whole thing the right way. Not to mention how the store looks cleaner and a smile instead of attitude. She's also very pretty on the eyes. 5 star to the new boss
