There were three people in line and one placing orders when we entered the store, and the first person was making multiple orders, which meant she was checking out after each order. I'm aware of three, but I don't know how many entirely. Behind the counter, there was one sandwich artist (?) diligently working to take orders and also check out after each customer. We were in line for almost 20 minutes while I contemplated leaving. It wasn't even the lunch rush! We ordered dine-in, but we had to eat quickly because that lobby was so warm that it was uncomfortable in just a t-shirt. I gave it two stars only for the lone employee that was working.
I have to ask... where in the world was management? Isn't safety and security a consideration?

Went to pick up popcorn on the way out. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she threw the popcorn at me, so the bag opened. I handed it back to her to close. It spilled on the counter and she just scooped it up and put it back in the bag with the twist tie. Really why didn't she just like run over it with a tire . Can you say germs !!!! You may also want to let her know that when she's making a sandwich & she's wearing gloves they protect the sandwich from her hands and her germs. But if she does all kinds of crap around her with her gloves while she's making the sandwich the gloves are massively contaminated. Holy crap come on people, hire someone that cares.

$4.50 for a bag of popcorn is kind of expensive anyway. Then crappy service on top? Walmart you're better than this. Tell Subway to shape up. And all of the customers that were in line or waiting agree with me.

FYI you had a worker come back from a break I believe or report in. Walked right back after she looked at the line that was forming at that moment . She should have been a team player and jumped in.

Didn't used to like this place but now, the new GM Joanne is extra on point and enjoyable. Actually produced good customer service and did the whole thing the right way. Not to mention how the store looks cleaner and a smile instead of attitude. She's also very pretty on the eyes. 5 star to the new boss

We went to the Subway here in Pueblo West Walmart and the two young employees looked miserable as soon as we entered! Then as soon as the young women approached us she said immediately we turn the toaster oven off at 7pm it was 7:03 which is weird because they dont close till 9pm! I said well how do you cook the bacon and the other employee said its already cooked you can eat it cold SMH!! There is no excuse for the laziness from this store! We went to Subway on Purcell and thier oven was on and they couldn't believe the other store does that. They don't turn theirs off till 8:45. Those employees on Purcell were way more professional and welcoming!! Never going back to the Subway in Walmart PW!!

Walked in with my wife and two grandchildren at 8:40 PM to get something to eat and was told by the girl behind the counter that she wasn't making anymore sandwiches. The hours are clearly posted that they don't close until 9 PM.

burnt Italian erb and cheese, hard bread, they use the mistakes, and sell then as good, but the sandwich we got on 3-24-24 was not worth eating, it tore my mouth, and the bread tasted burnt

Ordered online. They were "building" my order and when my family member got there to pick it up, they had cancelled the order. I tried to call and find out what happened but phone is always busy. Now I have to wait to get refunded.

I'm highly satisfied with my experience this week. I've been in training all week and everyday I got subway. Everyday the customer service was outstanding. And the food was fresh and perfect. One gentleman Even recognized me and remembered my order. 10/10 pick this subway!! You'll be taken care of 100%

Parking: Great spot. Miss subway at our Walmart location.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are very friendly. I don't see why it wouldn't be kid friendly or any one friendly. They value their customers
