Idk why but they decided both my beefy 5 layer and my 7 layer didn't need any meat worst burritos I've ever had in my life and biggest waste of 30$ the rest of the order was just mid aswell

The only place you can get a crunch wrap with all 5 ingredients completely separated inside and burritos with half the contents outside of the tortilla. Whoever makes the food here probably has to consciously remember to breathe. After dinner, I immediately liquidated my holdings in YUM! Brands Inc. May God have mercy on your souls.

Kids laughing and standing around not doing their job. Me and my boyfriend are just trying to look at the menu figure out what we want and they keep rushing and rushing us. Finally they start just naming things off the menu and laughing when we said no. We are looking. Also the kid at the window used unprofessional language. As someone who is a GM of a fast food restaurant sad leadership all around.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered our food. When we received our order, we saw a box that we thought was what we had ordered. However, when we got home, which was 30 minutes away, we realized we had been given the wrong order. I tried calling them twice, but there was no answer.
