So my wife and I stopped in and had dinner, the food was not good at all it was sloped together and tasted not like taco bell I know and love. I'm a food critic I love my food so when I know something isn't right it isn't right thank you taco bell for finally serving me bad food now I have something to write about
They forgot NAPKINS. Driving and eat i needed some Napkins. Food was fresh and hot.
About what you'd expect for a Taco Bell. Sometimes, you will get awesome workers who are cheerful and make your food just right. Sometimes, you'll get an inside out burrito and half the items you paid for aren't in your bag.
This location has gotten worse lately. Ordered online for lobby pickup. The lobby was locked, took over a half hour wait in the drive through line, then they had difficulty locating my order after all the time it sat, finally the order was still missing 3 out of 19 items.
Last order was in April, tried again in July. 4 out of 13 items missing. Won't answer their phone either.
As far as I can tell, all the problems are ultimately down to bad management spreading the work amongst too few employees. Actual employees are hard working, but there's only so much a team of 2-3 people can accomplish.
Update a year later, food has started coming out fast and efficient. Seems like they may have hired enough workers and updated their management.
I always order the crunche wrap,this time it tasted like cleaner. It was awful. I had to throw it away,after 2 bites.
Online order said 5-8 minutes. We waited at the location for over 90 minutes before we got our wrong order. Drinks wrong, food wrong. Took another 20 minutes to get it fixed. 2 hours total to get some mediocre food at best. Half of it was cold. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER ITS ALWAYS missing items it seems like the employees are lazy and don't read what on the receipts

Waited in line for 25 minutes just to be told they were out of everything we tried to order. When we got to the window we were handed our food and drinks by a guy who’s shirt had been covered in animal hair.
This was a terrible first experience using the mobile app. I ordered at 7:50pm. The app said it would be ready at 8:04pm. As you can see in the picture below, I received the order at 8:48pm. Nearly an hour for Taco Bell is unacceptable. I went up to the counter at 8:21 to check and make sure the order was received. The lady said they were working on it. At this time, the worker in the back said they were pushing the Drive thru orders first. What is the point of ordering ahead of you have to wait anyway? At 8:41 I got pretty upset and waved the lady down again, this time they said they would start the order. Start, not finish. They waited that long to start my order. This Taco Bell is consistently the worst I have been to and will probably be the last time I go here. I’ll drive into town and order at a different Taco Bell if that’s what I want versus waiting on this dysfunctional place. The workers were busier talking about venereal diseases than getting orders out. Never again.
It doesn’t matter the day or time of day, this location can’t figure out how to mix Baja Blast Zero. This location’s version on the left. Faintly colored and flavored soda water. On the right Baja Blast Zero from somewhere else. If you tell them they are low on syrup, the employees state it will take too long to change and offer something else or even tell you it’s supposed to taste like that. It is not.

The night manager is always extremely rude always messes up our order, and when we parked to check if we got everything which we didn't they told us to leave all rude and assured us they got everything right, but they didn't every single burrito had the wrong meat in it
I consistently keep trying it out over and over for the past year. It is always bad. Wrong order, tiny skimpy orders etc. Last night they completely gave me everything wrong from what I ordered, definitely was the wrong order I felt so bad for my family. Tonight I ordered the two mini steak tacos for six bucks. They are tiny!! Burnt tiny amount of meat no sauce or any other topping they are supposed to come with. I dont know. whos managing this taco bell but they need help. Bad breakfast, lunch, dinner. Wrong Items. No sauce . Im so disappointed because I loved taco bell previously before moving out here. Now I always am saddened by the money spent and quality got. PS; Theres a Mexican drive thru across the street that will take care of you and portion and quality wise actually worth the money you spent. I promise the quality is so much better. At this point wondering why taco bell is even busy ever
Your entrance is disgusting, sidewalk area needs power washed. Cold bean burritos the cheese didn't melt at all.

The lady that took my order through drive-thru. Her name is Odessa, she did a fantastic job. I know taken drive-thru orders can be not the easiest for both sides. She was patient, she wasn't rude and this is the exact kind of service that I hope she gets some kind of acknowledgment or recognition for. I know she was just doing her job but I've had a lot of bad service through drive-thrus and she was even pleasant when taking my payment. I've been through this drive-thru before and have had absolutely abhorrent service here. She great customer service will keep me coming back. I hope management recognizes her for this.
