Shiver and Shake

**UPDATED** The fact I never said when we visited and got an excuse instead of an apology shows how unaccountable and irresponsible the person who responded is. IT WAS NOT DURING AN “ANNIVERSARY”.

Waiting OVER AN HOUR for 4 milkshakes is crazy. NEVER AGAIN.

This place is great. The staff is so friendly and the ice cream is good. I didn’t know they were owned by the same people as the three amigos shaved ice.

But to the parents who refuse to control their kids and let them run around screaming and rolling around other people’s tables: shame on you. Ruins the experience for everyone else.

Your staff today when I went in about 445 this afternoon they were so amazing and sweet!! You have a wonderful staff that was so welcoming! It’s a cute little place. I do plan on coming back!!

We went to Shiver and Shake last night, near closing time. We apologized for going in so late for our ice cream rush. The three young ladies were fantastic and welcoming. The ice cream was so good, the service was outstanding, and the size of our ice cream was so big. We will definitely be going back.

I got 3 Dubai chocolate with strawberry to go and they were so watery it was gross. They watered the chocolate and pistachio butter down to the point where it didn’t have really no taste. Come on shiver and shake you could do better than that.

This place is amazing. The owner was so nice and told me all about the concept and that there's nothing like it in our area. The items on their menu are unbelievable. I had the mangonada shaved ice and it was fantastic. I completely and totally recommend this place to all my friends and family and to anybody looking for a cool down on a hot day or even on a cool day you can have a shake and shaved ice! Two thumbs up! ??

Finally was able to go and try shiver & shake last night. From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly, I loved how clean it smelt, and how happy the overall environment was. The shakes were amazing and big portions, very much well priced!! Also the toddler area was a big plus! Definitely will be back
