Customer service rude at window but fresh nuggets and it was a biggie bag.....cost everywhere is going up still though.speedy service for a 12 noon lunch break $7 for 4 nuggets a drink frys and a double stack so not to bad for what you get

It's Wendy's so don't go in expecting much. The service is fairly disappointing. Again it's Wendy's not sure what you expect as far as atmosphere goes.

Ordered meals and a chocolate chunk cookie. I was offered buy 2 get 1 free. Ok, I'll bite. Yep. The deal was too good to be true. Cookies were burnt. I ordered my burger with no ketchup, no pickles. There were no pickles and extra ketchup. Yuck!!!!
But they did make the fries with no salt correctly.
Not with a smile. But in a timely manner.

The whole idea of ordering ahead is so I can get my food when I arrive, why is breakfast different for some reason? I placed an order at 10:20am knowing I wouldn’t be there before 10:30am when they stop serving breakfast. That is the entire concept of ordering ahead is so you can make the food ahead of time. Cherry on top is we now have to contact someone else to get a refund for $5 all because they didn’t make my food

The young lady taking out order at the drive through wouldn't stop taking and interrupting long enough to take our order. Even the drinks were wrong, not to mention only 1 item or a nearly $40 order was correct. We finally just have up and left. By the way, the only thing she actually for right was the Chocolate Frostys. She even told my son he was wrong when he tried to let her know the chocolate frosty was BLACKED out on the menu board. We won't be going back anytime soon.
