The Cowboy Mac is a standout—cavatappi noodles drenched in a rich, house-made cheese sauce, topped with tender smoked pulled pork. For those who enjoy a bit of heat, adding Pueblo Green Chile Peppers and jalapeños takes it to the next level.

Overpriced food 74 dollars for three people only have Ben here too times first time ordered chicken tender box they were definitely frozen frozen we’re too soft almost raw this time fries were good but my lemon pepper wings were not tasted like chemicals not even homemade seasoning

Very delicious wings and an enormous portion of Mac and cheese! $1 wings on Wednesday. I ate this at Fuel & Iron and they waited on us! This is shocking as this is in a food court but bussed our tables and checked on us multiple times! Great service. Food is made-to-order so always fresh.

Met the owners waiting to check into the Chip on Saturday. Told them we would try it. Went back over for a late lunch. Food was fantastic and fair priced. I had the wings and everyone else had burgers. Tried my wife’s burger and it was great. Friends had the slopper, it was so big they didn’t eat it all! We will be back!
