Wonderful brunch! Fresh cut fruit, fluffy waffles, sausage and eggs... all I could want in right-sized portions. And great mimosas. :) Mmmm. Audra was quick, efficient, fun and knowledgeable, part of the friendly vibe the place has. Even the Grinch Who Stole Christmas and Betty Lou Who visited and enjoyed themselves. 1129 is a great addition to downtown dining.

I Called the store on 12/3/25 Asked to speak with a manager she never said her name, I was calling in regards to a W-2 I kept a kind tone. Manager was rude and disrespectful to me. Sounded irritated, upset, and just like she didn't want to do her job.

Stopped in Pueblo because we heard the river walk was dope, it is, and ate lunch here. Holy crap, the food was gooood. Our server was the only one working the table and the bar, and she was a total badass, she stayed on top of everything. My burger was so good, I had a dream about it.

I was just there last night and your Colorado Cobb Salad was SO good! 😋 I loved the chicken, avocado and the chilled green chili bits… Yum! And I went with Ranch dressing and that was really good too! I love a great salad… Thank you!!!!! 😉

Great food and great service! Nice big burger, we have the green chili burger. Nice big fresh hot onion rings. Super nice waitress and professional, her name is jennifer, and she even cut our burgers in half. Nice local brew. On the riverwalk, very beautiful location Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE!!!! where do i even start??! my husband and i ordered food that not only took over 40 minutes to get to our table but was cold and my salad was hot how does that work? then we ordered chips and salsa dip for 16$ got a tiny basket of chips with cheese that was literally burnt with pieces of the dried burnt skin in it and a tiny not even 1 ounce cup of avocado dip! this place was one of the WORST experiences of my life i will not ever be returning and if i where you reading this i would not waste your money on it, not to add that the waitress wreaked of liquor very disturbing very dissapointed should of listened to my husband and went to angelos!

Took way to long considering how empty the place was. Think it was understaffed. Menu deceiving. Cobb salad was anything but. Hamburger kept under warming light creating a well done burger. I know this because I went in to see where our food was and saw burger under lamp. Would not go back nor recommend

Wifey and I had the Monte Cristo waffle sandwich. It was pretty good. That spicy raspberry jelly was really good. The drink combinations they have are interesting but they work and are good/strong. Overall a good spot, good food good drinks. If you are not familiar with the area it is next to Angelo's Pizza.

This is an awesome restaurant came out for our anniversary. They treated us like we were VIP. Dustin was an awesome server made it really special for us. Really delicious. Totally recommend the spot 100% one of the best restaurants at the Riverwalk thank you Dustin and the staff you guys Rock you guys are awesome.

Took the family and kids out tonight to 1129 spirit eatery had over 13 items off the menu all together nothing took over 20 minutes im very suprised because sometimes when ive been there before it took 30-50 minutes and the food would either be cold or fries soggy etc.. dustin explained that they are under new managment and was very kind and friendly with us even tho we kept ordering as much as we did the food came out hot very fast and delicious you guys are killing it and love that there is new management the cooks did a amazing job and i love how they put little blue berries and garnishments on picks with our food that was something new for me the kids loved it i loved it and so did everyone else keep up the amazing work dustin i have high hopes for the place and to the cooks you KILLED IT!

i usually dont do this but it needed to be aknowledged tonight i visited 1129 eatery for the first time at pueblo river walk from the start the server dusty was amazing he treated my like i was family he took care of every need and was consistent im just stopping threw for i am from arizona and am here on business so i told him let the chef pick my meal because he spoke highly of his chef he brought me a slopper and 2 dog patties for my 4 legged friend and when i tell you it was one of the best sloppers i have ever eaten that would be down playing it tonight was one of the best experiences ive had in the restaurant stops i have made and whenever i come to pueblo again i will make sure i stop there what shocked me even more is the chef came to check if everything was ok and ask if i needed anything i didnt catch his name but he was awesome! thank you for the amazing service amazing food and p.s my buddy from pueblo told me to go to coors for a slopper which ive had a few days ago so when the chef brought me a slopper i was kind of less excited tell i saw how amazing it was and how great it tasted for coors suppose to be the number 1 place in colorado for a slopper id put 1129s up against it any day of the week! thank you to everyone for tonight and for the amazing experience i 100 percent plan on visiting again and i appreciated every moment of it.
