This place was a pleasure to visit and we'll definitely be heading back. The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Super flavorful. It was very juicy and tender. It melted in your mouth. Super Yummy! My wife had the spaghetti squash and artichoke spinach dip. She devoured every bite. Our service was top notch. Jadon was easy to interact with and always willing to share a smile. We were well taken care of and very pleased with our experience. We highly recommend this establishment. It's a great way to support a local business. Sincerely, JC

Great place in the Riverwalk in Pueblo. Awesome patio during the spring summer and fall.

Really really not good. The steak was like an old boot. It was sad. I actually witnessed the chef use his tongs to turn on a light or lamp above the food prep area where he sets the plates and then go back to the grill with it. Pueblo has a lot of restaurants but most of them are really bad. The server was conscientious and was trying hard at least. I think her name was Bree. The pictures of the food for this restaurant are totally misleading. Stay away...

To say this place is a s*** show is a huge understatement! This might have been one of the worst Valentines day dining experiences of my life. Valentines day is that day that everyone and their dog is trying to get into a restaurant for a nice quiet meal with the one they love. But for us it has another meaning altogether because it is also my wife's birthday. We made our reservations earlier in the day for 7:30 and were surprised that they had openings at that time. When we arrived it was clear that they had obviously overbooked that time slot. There was a line out the door with people that all claimed that they had the same time reservations. We made it into the restaurant relatively quickly considering the line but when we did we were sat about 10 feet away from a giant speaker that was was blaring music so loud we were unable to have any sort of conversation. The table was clearly not ready for us to sit as there were no place settings prepared for dining. But it was busy and we are patient so no biggie. It took approximately 10 minutes for our waitress to show up to drop off the menus, she did not take our drink order she just dropped menus and bread and ran. The bread looked delicious and the butter was very tempting but without silverware we were only able to look at it. Another ten minutes or so passed and she finally came back to take our order. The menu was set up in four courses and the food the other tables were eating looked delicious. We placed our order and requested silverware for the bread. And we waited....and waited....and waited. Finally after about 30 minutes of sitting there I received my drink. My wife did not. It took another 5 or so minutes before she received her Coke, which was served in a coffee cup. Close to an hour in we finally got our first course which looked amazing! I say looked amazing because it took another 5 minutes to get a spoon to eat the soup. This might be the first time in my life that I ate soup with a tea stirring spoon. The soup was good, not spectacular but good. Around 9:00 the second course magically appeared! My wife had clam cakes and I had the pork belly which was about 90% fat but that's okay because I like fat. We washed down the second course with Luke warm water (because it was next to impossible to get a second drink) and waited....and waited....and waited. Around 9:15 or so the waitress reappeared and told us it was last call for drinks. I ordered two because who knew when I would see her again. Around 9:30 I was near my breaking point. That's when I watched our main course get delivered to another table that was sat at least an hour after we arrived. That was all I could take. We got up and walked out and were chased out the door by the delusional waitstaff that still expected us to pay. We refused to pay and were called trash by what I assume was the manager but I can only assume that because this was her first appearance of the night. I am sure there will be more reviews commenting about the service because we weren't the only ones to leave un-fed. This place was clearly unprepared for the evening and should have planned better. It was definitely a huge letdown.

The only thing that I can say that was great about 4 of Hart's was the live music. The twin brothers playing on Friday night were a blast and played great music. Unfortunately the food, drinks and service was absolutely terrible. There was a event in the room next door, but that should not have been an excuse for the slow kitchen and then forgetting items ordered or our drinks taking 30min to come out. Our friends from Pueblo said that this is usually not the case, however, we will not be coming back here when in town.

This was the perfect experience to celebrate summer and getting back to normal! The environment is sophisticated yet welcoming, a perfect complement to the Riverwalk, and the decor is modern and uniquely stylish (a delightful surprise to find here in Pueblo!). After waiting just a little bit to get waited on (understandable for a busy Saturday evening) the service was attentive, the food was delicious and overall ~ just so excited to have discovered this place.

Amazing experience!!! The sirloin steak was tender and juicy. It was seasoned to perfection. My butter knife sliced right through it. The Mediterranean salad was crisp, fresh, and delightful. The server was on point and our dining experiencewas a very pleasant. Great job Jadon. This is a local restaurant and I hope more of Pueblo will support local businesses. This is a gem if a place and I highly recommend it. It's located right on the beautiful downtown river walk. Definitely, give it a try.

Hands down the best Old Fashion I've had in 15 years! Taylor is an absolutely increíble bar tender! The food was also incredible and worth going back for on its own. Thanks and see you again soon!

We were told to sit at a table and the server would be with us. The table was not bussed. After 30 minutes and several over parties sat and served I inquired to the host if we needed to move tables. He assured us that someone would be with us and after another 5 minutes of servers just walking by the table we left. Looks like the food was good but I can't say as we were not able to get that far.

Enjoyed dinner. The bacon jam bruschetta looked promising, but it did not deliver. The goat cheese was overwhelmed by an over aboundance of balsamic reduction. Also the bread needs to be swapped for a more crunchy one. The pork chop was really good.

Fantastic setting! The oysters bloody Maria was delicious & hit the spot. Eating fish & chips on the Riverwalk reminded me of being in England. Service a bit slow...

The restaurant is under new ownership and from my experience, this is a fantastic place! And even though I didn’t have a reservation and they weren’t technically open, a server named Allie quickly greeted me and asked what kind of table I would like to dine at.The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! I ordered the mushroom and goat cheese flatbread. I was concerned it wouldn’t be filling but it was very filling! What I particularly loved about the flat bread was that no one ingredient overpowered another. That’s especially difficult to do with balsamic reduction and goat cheese. The tomato jam that was paired with the dish was perfect as well. The presentation of the restaurant, cocktails and food was on point!I tried the king and queens table margaritas and they were exceptional. Perfectly made and served with a Sidecar. The food is very reasonably priced, especially for the type and quality of the food, but just keep an eye on those cocktails as they are pretty pricey. Worth every penny but pretty pricey. I am not much of a drinker so maybe I am mistaken about it being pricey but I guess that’s subjective. For dessert I had the lemon cake. I was so full I could only eat about half of the slice but it was divine! It was very flavorful, without being too sweet or being too bland. The lemon was the perfect touch.I would like to reiterate that my server was extremely professional, nice, efficient and very aware of her customers. I never sat and waited or needed anything. The restaurant is very cute and cozy and right by the Riverwalk which is such a great location. I will definitely return!

Ryan, the GM is AMAZING!! He is usually a one man show, (due to shortage of help)-from seating people, taking orders, bartending, delivering food to everything else!! He has a great personality and temperament especially with no help!

This was our second time eating at this restaurant, and the food didnt disappoint on either occasions. Yes its pricey, but it's worth every penny in my opinion. Our server, Wendy was very attentive, even while being busy with several tables and one 10+ top table. Do call to see what time 4 of Harts opens, because they have a new restaurant connected to it, Elevated Lounge, that they seem like they are trying to push during the earlier time if day.
