I don't understand all the lower reviews about this place? I just ate lunch here today and I had the new grilled cheese cheeseburger with coleslaw and the butter pecan brownie desert and the food, staff and manager were all awesome I made sure that I complimented them all on excellent service and excellent food! I just don't leave reviews like that unless they are genuinely deserved! Again, excellent food excellent service thank you again Applebees staff, and by the way if your reading this post I highly recommend their new grilled cheese cheeseburger sandwich I added bacon to mine as well out of this world!! Excellent burger concept super delicious also!!!

Worst place to order delivery from. I order one salad and one hamburger for the 2 for 25 and they sent 2 salads then didn't want to send the hamburger. Will never order from there again!!!!!!!!!!

Server was back and forth because if the kids and was still super nice and helpful! The kids had free kids meals and usually servers forget us because they assume no tip but the server was attentive and very helpful! This was a treat for them since our dog is sick and they've been very down. Thank you for making their day, Applebees!

I never understood why you order appetizers and they don't give you plates to eat off of. Just put it on the table I guess. You tell a food runner you need plates. Do they bring you any, nope. Makes me mad every time. Other than that I'm pretty happy with them.

Our waitress was so kind and very patience with my kids and waited for them to order. The food was good as usual, and the bathroom was very clean.
We usually have a great Applebee's experience here. Our server this time wasn't great. My husband ordered the green beans and I got fries. The fries came on his plate and the green beans on mine, causing the bun on my burger to be soggy. Unfortunately our waiter never checked on us and I ate my burger anyway. We did talk to the manager. We will be back.

My neices extra side of fries was literally 5 fries..my chicken sandwich was very dry and only came with the top bun...i dont no why i didnt get the bottom of the bun...we asked for ranch and was given honey mustard....the waitress seemed like she was trying to rid of us...wont be back...very disappointing

We waited 10 minutes for someone to tell us that we would have to wait 20-30 minutes for a party of 2 to be seated. When a party of 8 was told it would be a wait time of 10-15 minutes. Needless to say we left hungry and mad when they should've clearly planned better for it being the last weekend of the Colorado State Fair being in town. Not to mention A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Clearly they shouldn't be open until midnight if they cannot accommodate. Not to mention half of the restaurant was completely EMPTY.
