Well lunch started out great. I haven't been to Applebee's in a very long time. There are several new items that I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. Our server was great! We got our food but things went down hill very quickly! I truly had to jump up and down to get our server to come to our table! She never came back after she brought our food to see if we needed anything or if everything was to our liking! My friend Nancy went to the rest room and I asked for our bill and something told me to time how long it took for our server to bring our bill. Well it took her twenty minutes!?!?!? This young lady was more interested in talking to another server about their weekend dates! The food was very good but we were extremely disappointed in the service. If I get good service I give at least a 30% tip to as much as 50%. I was very upset and for the very first time in my life I didn't tip even a dime. I hope she learned a lesson and had she returned to our table and had a good reason for neglecting us, I still would have given her a tip of at least 20%. The parking was great, we were seated right away but if I ever go back I will request another person! Thank you for your time and I hope you get better service!

When we first arrived our waitress Catherine f did not ask what we wanted to drink someone else asked us. Then we ordered 2 chicken broccoli Alfredo’s without chicken and Catherine said that we had to pick a protein (not true). She brought out our food and appetizers at the same time (she blamed it on the system). So I told her to cancel the appetizers. The noodles were not all the way cooked and very dry. I asked her for more sauce. She charged us for the appetizers that I told her to cancel as well as 2 sides of Alfredo sauce that should have been on the pasta. Also she was not attentive. The manager ended up giving us a discount. The manager handled everything very well. However Catherine F did a very bad job that day!

It was late when we arrived at south Pueblo location and we were expecting bad service as it was late however we had the absolute best customer service. Carmen was our waitress and went above and beyond for us and Mike the manager stopped by our table to check on us. Thank you for making us feel welcomed even though it was late!!

My Waiter was Isaac, He was a very nice young man with a positive attitude. He was very attentive and polite always checking up on my table and asking questions about the food and drinks. Isaac answered all questions I had about the menu and was very informative. Will definitely be requesting his service in the future!

Dietary restrictions: I have numerous allergies and they were able to make substitutions at no charge and with a smile! That isn't always the way it goes. Kudos to Carmen and the folks in the kitchen!!

It took more than an hour.well let’s start from scratch even though we have had bad times here in the past we decided to go back big mistake ordered some starters with we had to send back because they were cold after 15 minutes they brought them back and to our surprise they were still luck warm but tasted Okay after that we had to wait for another hour side note we came in at 3.00 o clock an it was now 4.30 the guy came back and asked use if we needed anything we said more beer and the said they were out of the one we got so we ordered a another one shortly after they came back and said they did have the beer we originally ordered and we out of the one we just ordered a few minutes ago we ended up ordering a totally new beer but that was not it about 35 minutes later our server came back and asked if we were done and asked us to pay we said we didn’t even have our food yet after that he looked liked around were trying to scam them he said sorry a said they probably lost our order after that we told our other party to meet us at the restaurant down the street and the rest of the group stayed at the apple bees and talked to the server to talk a beer off the check which they said they would without us even asking he then told the manager to come to talk to the rest of our party he said what about the food and asked them a bunch of more questions and my group told him the truth which is all in this review right after that he said it was free
