The food at Applebee's is just not good. I haven't been in years because I know the food is pretty bad but got stuck there and it was as bad as I remembered. Even the French fries were terrible.

WE HAD THE BEST LUNCH SEVICE .our waiter wonderful in all area's his name will . Very nice food service great manger also wonderful. I think his name is William but long story short we quit coming months ago but glad to come back and have a great experience give them both a raise 😀

My wife and kids went to this Applebee's a couple of weeks ago, we stood in the lobby for at least 5 minutes to seated, they were not busy. Several employees walked by us, nobody said a word including the manager that saw us standing there. Then a large party walked in behind us, they seated them almost immediately and still nobody said a word. We were pretty upset at the horrible service so we left. The manager even held the door open for us and just said have a good night. Wont be back, got horrible service in the past idk why we returned.

Went onto their website, order online for delivery, from the North Elizabeth Street location, and chose their preferred delivery service. Not Door Dash, not Grub Hub, not Uber Eats. But it was picked by Door Dash. So, per the tracking app, the driver picks up our order at 4:45, says he will be here at 4:50-4:55. But, mind you, he does not head straight here, even though we are just 5 minutes directly south of THIS Applebee's location. He drives straight out to the Pueblo West area, spends 45-50 minutes out there, which doesn't make any sense since there's an Applebee's location on Northern and Pueblo Boulevard. He FINALLY drops off our food at 5:40🤬 Needless to say, our food arrived cold, and bread stick hard as a rock. When I tried to call Door Dash, my call got forwarded to Applebee's, but the manager would not do anything about it🤬 Very poor service! So, we won't be ordering online from Applebee's ever again🤬
