Food here is always top notch. All 5 sauces stocked, clean stoee.
But I can stand in front for 10 minutes waiting to be noticed. Heck ive sat that long in the drive-thru waiting too.
This is one of the best Arby's in every way, except the service.

Rude girl in drive thru. Fries were refried so they were empty and hard. They take 3 minutes to make fresh and you guys make everyone pull up to wait for food anyway. 🙄

I guess it doesn’t matter if you’re allergic to something, even if you ask for none they will put it on there. I asked for no onions because I’m allergic and they didn’t put a whole onion, they instead slid a tiny sliver into one side of the sandwich, almost out of spite because I used to work there. Maybe leaving a review will get the attention of someone so they can look into why it is that the employees didn’t follow simple instructions that could result in life or death consequences.

Arbys is the only fast food that can consistently make you wait more than 15 minutes. They can have no other customers and still struggle. It's sad that on a 30 minute lunch break i can't eat there because I won't get my food withon 30.minutes...

the fries were SO old. they were literally as hard as rocks. why would you even send that to someone who paid for this. what a waste of money. 😒

The reason why I'm giving a one star is because of the fact that they downsize their drinks and charge you full price we just bought the jamocha milkshakes and usually they're in a 32 oz cup and now they're in what seems to be more like an 18 oz cup so I definitely won't be coming back I like to get these every once in a while their foods are ready to overpriced and they wont do anything to fix the situation I think it's false advertising because they still show 32 oz cups in their pictures and it's not what you get it's definitely false advertisement also they put next to no jamocha stuff in the jamocha shake it tastes like a vanilla shake definitely not worth the money false advertisement all around!!!!!

Nice place with a great crew on hand. They aren't doing what the other fast food is doing. They still give you food in their sandwiches.
The pricing is fair nowadays the food was well prepared. The inside of the establishment was well kept and comfortable

Both of the hamburgers we ordered were raw. This was the first time we ordered from this location. Found the whole experience very off putting and absolutely disgusting.

Not a good location. my tea tasted like it had been sitting in an old plastic container for weeks and the food was sloppy, and soggy. It was a chicken buffalo ranch burrito something I really like, but it was way too salty soggy, and just didn’t taste right and upset my stomach right away looked like it was thrown together. Not a good experience.

3rd time in a row. Get home with complete wrong order. I ordered a number 9. Chixken and Swiss with crinkle fries. Get home have roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Even on the receipt is wrong. I read it on the screen so obviously its the peoples fault. its drug test time. Never will go back to this location. Happens ever time
