This place is tops in all areas of hospitality, and I highly recommend this if you're passing thru, or local, whichever you are, patronize this restaurant. Elijah was super helpful our 1st stop before taking my son for an appointment and couldn't eat prior, so my mom 81 yrs old and I enjoyed food as my son waited for our 2nd trip here. Anyway, Elijah helped me on the app and is super friendly to everyone, and on our second trip about 1 hour later we interacted with the GM Sarah who also was super helpful, and apologetic about the extra well done cherry turnovers, but took care of us to compensate the mishap. Cortina was also a great help with my senior mom, helping explain the after 8pm special, and inquiring about that deal in Lamar, Colorado which is 27 miles from my home town of Holly, Colorado. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the fountain area was also clean. The only thing I could suggest is an upgrade to push button entry both front and rear entrances because it shows the handicap patronize just how much your business appreciates them, and it's 2025, and the technology now allows customers to Google search restaurants who are accessible and most likely they'll select convenience to dine out. Lot's of success to this awesome team.

Love this place It's refreshingly cheap for the considerable quantity and quality of the food. The menu items are unique and substantial, far deviating from most other fast food options. The pricing is reasonable just in general but moreso in regards to the specific quality and quantity which is far greater than other places as mentioned above. The only complaint is occasionally the staff are somewhat coldish and rushing but that's too be fair considering it is a fast food environment and I have no clue how busy they've been or the quantity of meals they've already served so they just quite legitimately may be nearing their energy output. But anyway I highly recommend and love this place and honestly I hardly even get fast food but when I do, I always think of Arby's.

Arbys is honestly so underrated. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and helpful. They never let you forget to ask for sauce or ketchup, unlike other restaurants. Most won't offer it all, you have to request it. They're always super quick even when I have to order 6 sandwiches and 6 fries for 6 people. Other restaurants seem to be angered at larger transactions and I can't help that I have to feed two households, so I normally just cook at home and avoid eating anywhere because it's not worth the hassle. Not the case here. Everything is fresh, accurate, and fast. Highly recommend 👌

The roast beef tastes frozen and like it's made out of tube paste meat that the military gives you. On top of the meat being bad they also only gave me a teaspoon of cheddar on top of my double beef n cheddar they didn't give me the double. There was so little cheddar I couldn't even taste it.

I hate that when I come here, My food is never fresh. There are so many other fast food options and there’s always a pile of fries and chicken strips when I walk in. Don’t dare go through the drive thru expecting fresh food. When you guys go on lunch, You make sure your food is fresh. I’m paying money and I deserve the same.
