Usually when I go here it is good. However not this time. I repeated my order to the girl that was working the drive thru four times! And STILL got it wrong! I had ordered two scoops and was charged as such and only received one. I was VERY unhappy. Debating if I am gong to make a return visit.

Really wanted to get some good ice cream that was not the fact here. The employees were moving so slow we were there 20 minutes. The mangonata was horrible its like straight liquid no frozen drink. The lava coloda was horrible at least it was a frozen drink. The mint chocolate shake was the only thing good.

I love Baskin Robbins, but this one has gone down hill. I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes in waffle cones through the drive thru. One was a 2 scoop and one was a 3 scoop. Started eating them and they were almost gone! Smallest serving of ice cream in both sundaes. There was a smear of hot fudge UNDERNEATH the ice cream, & it was basically brownie batter at that point. Took them back inside, because I paid $20 for this crap. Since I destroyed 1 out of hate, & the other had 2 bites taken out of it and the bottom of the waffle cone bowl was showing. The guy working had said the 3 scoop is kid size scoops. Why the larger the order the smaller the scoop? This place sucks. I've come several other times and gotten super runny shakes & tiny scoops. This'll be the last time. I give up on Baskin Robbins here.

This establishment is the worst. Ordered an ice cream sheet cake for our daughters birthday on Tuesday the 26th and we would pickup on Sunday the 31st. Well here it is Sunday and no sheet cake. Won't be back.

I love this location!! It's nicely large enough. It is a stand-alone building with a drive thru and plenty of parking. The parking spaces are not crowded either! And of course the ice cream is amazing!!

We like this place. I just wish they offered smaller waffle cones and smaller scoops of ice cream. The waffle cone is so big i never finish it.

We were very disappointed to visit this location this evening. Even though we were in the lobby before 8 PM the gentleman rudely insisted that we leave because the lobby closed at eight. Would not even let us order our ice cream and sit outside. Happily took our group of 11 to another local establishment. Won’t be coming back

Terrible experience at this location. Shakes were milk no ice cream told because of the size ordered they have to very watery, ordered a large and a small. Asked for them to be remade met with incredible attitude.

Maybe remind your employees to not scratch their bodies and then grad cones, ice cream, etc. Then, dip everything in plainly dirty water in-between usage. Just be normal and clean.

Bad experience, the wait was extremely long and employees were rude. I first paid using apple pay and the employee came back and told me that my phone had shut off so I gave her my card to avoid any problems with my apple pay. The transaction was approved on apple pay and on my card and when I notified the employees I was told there was nothing they could do about it. There’s a receipt for both transactions so I am extremely agitated by the employees rude and unhelpful behavior. I also received a wrong item but didn’t realize until I had left the drive through, wasn’t worth waiting in line for another hour to get the right thing. Overall bad experience and customer service.
