It’s ice cream, so it’s pretty straightforward, but overall the customer service is decent. Two things though, closing the lobby, so early and forcing cars into the drive-through, where they back up towards the street is going to cause an accident. And secondly, whoever was packing ice cream tonight, truly packed this pint terribly. Compressed, this was probably helpful. Kind of a letdown.

I work for doordash and came in to pick up an order. I patiently waited for over 10 minutes while both employees ignored me and helped everyone else in line. Eventhough my order was already ready all they had to do was hand it to me. Instead they purposely made me wait. Definitely bad customer service on there part, people like that shouldn't be working there.

Just left there and ordered a Royale and other items that total 21.00 only had one scoop of vanilla ice cream I ordered a chocolate and vanilla I went back to fix the order they didn't believe me so I had to buy another one need better customer service there no wonder the person in front of us at the drive-thru pulled out without ordering anything

This place is great, has a great selection of ice cream and a drive-thru, which is a major bonus especially during the heat. Their cakes were amazing looking and the store was very clean

Tried to go last night for my daughter to get a milkshake after her game. They had none of the (at least) 6 flavors we chose as backup options, since they didn't have the first (-supposedly). Got there at least 30 min before close and the girl working the drive-thru must have forgotten to turn her microphone off, because I heard her asking how many cars were in the drive-thru, scoffing, and then saying "Jesus". Still proceeded after that to tell me they didn't have another flavor or two. Needless to say, we just left. I didn't see another car in the drive-thru (at least 5 of them) that entire time leave with anything either. Very poor customer service. Seems like they were in a hurry to close early and not be bothered doing their jobs. It has never been this bad, but has sadly gone downhill over time. I don't think we will be returning to this location. I never give poor reviews, but this was just ridiculous.

it was an awesome amazing experience. it been over a decade since we went to a Baskin Robbins and it was a awesome experience the we almost missed it because it was located in a office park. we had an errand to run up in Pueblo when we come up from Walsenburg where we live we have a Carl's Jr which is ok and one of the worst taco bell KFC qsr restaurants in the area and the only other place worth mentioning is godfather's pizza so no other place in Walsenburg for dessert . so we saw Baskin Robbins and it wasn't bliss. next. time we're up we want to go there next time we get to Pueblo. Baskin Robbins and Popeyes are our 2 favorite places when visiting Pueblo
