Man have they raised the prices and lowered the value of what you get. 6 dollars for a fountain drink and a small side of fries with a minimum 13 dollar burger that's small. It's been a while since I've been and this sets it why I won't be back. On top of all that all 3 people asked for medium cook and got well done. 70 dollars for 3 people.

Love their burgers.... And the tots, yum. Dipping sauces amazing.Been here multiple times. This was my most recent visit. And I so appreciate your staff.Food as always is great. Will probably never get a fountain drink again. Person before me stuck their fingers in the ice dispenser, I asked the staff to clean, which they did...happily. and where when disguted by the fact that someone stuck their fingers in it. However the human that stuck their fingers in it made a bit of a scene..

Absolute price gouging. $36 for burger, shake and fries!!!! Trying to make up for COVID I guess. Prices up 400% from 2019. So many other options in town. Too bad- this WAS a good Pueblo based business.

The atmosphere is very nice, food is delicious, outside patio dining is great, they did forget my order and I had to wait while others ate, but it was no big deal, and the burger was great when it came. French fries are great too. Definitely worth trying.

My husband, son and I went into tonight and the food wasn’t worth $62. The quality of food wasn’t near past experiences. My fries weren’t cooked all the way and cold in the middle. The hamburger pictured was $16, small and had very little on it. We paid extra to try an additional sauce and two were coagulated and spoiled. I’m very disappointed with our visit. I did try to call but no one answered.

Anytime I'm in Pueblo coming to get a lettuce wrapped burger is a must! Always such fresh ingredients and they never mess up my complicated order!

this place is a gem. Their Lamb burger is so delicious with the goat cheese and caramelized onions. It’s messy as heck, but so so good.
I came during off hours. I come from a big city, so I know eating places well. This place deserves more recognition for being a great burger place. Best that I have seen in a while. I will be back since I now live down the road in the country from here. Love this place. I can't say more positive about the customer service and the positive attitude of the entire staff. Amazing.

This meal was $53… the portions were super small. I am all for supporting small businesses but as a middle class family, I don’t think we can. We ordered two burgers, and two sides. My husband and I decided “to eat out without our three children.” Never again. For a $13 appetizer to fit in a small Togo container…that is not what we thought we would receive. The food was okay. Thank you for our meal, but we will shop at Whole Foods and make our meals from here on out.

This one is the original I've heard. I had tried the one in Colorado Springs years ago when it first came into town and was put off by the brand because of a very soggy Steel City Burger. I'm glad I gave them another chance in Pueblo. They did it right, chilis cooked into the burger. It was phenomenal! Great staff and restaurant, night recommended. Thanks for changing my mind for the better.

We used to go at least once a week but never again. Calling in an order is nearly impossible because you're immediately put on hold for at least 15+ minutes. The burgers taste good but are extremely over priced. Forget about fries. They switched to crinkle cut fries and they only give you maybe half a serving. They're just bad. I could make those at home for less than the high $$$ they charge and get more for my money. It's just gone downhill but prices have gone up.
