The food was good and the service was acceptable. The physical condition of this restaurant severly needs updated. The booths are old, chipped, and their design makes it difficult to get into and out of. The bathroom needs toilets that are more than one foot off the floor. Doors, doorways and other surfaces need stripped down cleaned and fresh paint.
This is one of our go-to restaurants, and we almost always order the same stuff. I have the Cajun grilled catfish, and my husband gets chicken fried chicken. The sides are numerous and tasty. The meals are always good, and tonight the service was outstanding. The young lady who waited on us (Kayla) was attentive, efficient, and so sweet! I like the $5 off coupon as well.
Food was ok. The server was excellent!!!! Kids pizza is cheese only, so if they want pepperoni, order something else. Salmon was a little dry. Mac and cheese was great, so were the rolls. Our server went up and beyond! Thank you.
